The swim suit is very nice I just wanted to know when it was coming.

The order was placed July 6th. It is now July 10th. There has been no communication from the company as to whether the order was shipped, back ordered, delayed... nothing. I don't even have a tracking order number to look it up since they haven't sent me any information. They did, however, charge my credit card.

I want the order cancelled and a refund.

Products were cheap, didn't fit well, and shipping took a month after ordered to get to me. The products and fit would have been acceptable if they would have at least been received in a timely manner. Read the fine print for shipping. The "custom" products take longer and they won't ship part of your order out. The customer service was adequate. They responded once in a timely manner.

If the shipping was fixed, I'd order some more from them.

I bought a bathing suit. Checked the size charts before ordering, and even ordered a size larger than I am and the bathing suit is STILL too small. I ended up sewing up some extra pieces to add to it in order to make it fit me better, it's still a bit tight in the butt area but I cover up with some swim bottoms. Would be nice if the size actually was what it was supposed to be in the first place though.

Aside from size issues, the product got to me in a very timely manner. I was impressed with how quickly it arrived at my door.

I had ordered two swimsuits from this site for a vacation trip. I placed the order on a Saturday knowing it was not going to be shipped til the next business day. I called the following Monday to see around when it would probably be shipped and how long it would take to arrive. The order was placed Saturday June 13,2015 and I called on Monday June 15,2015. I explained to the representative Alina, I needed the items for a trip by Monday the 23rd. She explained to me that swimsuits are special order and may take longer to arrive but if it was not a popular item it would not take long. She checked to see if my items were a popular item and she said they were not. She said the order should be shipped by later that Monday or the next, but I would receive the items before the 23rd. To sum up, I called 3 times and waited til that friday. I checked Friday that week and the status was still "processing" but the money was posted through my bank account. I had placed a cancellation order since it was still processing and was told that if the cancellation did not get approved I would receive an email confirmation that it has been shipped. I had to go out and purchase swimsuits last minute for my trip and I did not receive any email confirmation until the items were at my house. I received them June 30. My issue was that I explained to the representative about when I needed them by and that I was skeptical of the arrival time but she assured me it would arrive before the time I needed them. If you are not sure of the arrival time DO NOT LIE to get a sale. She could have been honest with me and I would have cancelled the order sooner. But they let me wait til it was too late. Then, when I received the order and tried to return it ( Never been opened) she told me all sales were final. First and last time I order here. For anyone considering ordering, please buy at your own risk.
