I ordered products that were poorly made or not even wearable. When requesting a return i was denied even after sending photos of the poor quality they came in. After several emails somebody finally said to file for another return. I received NO confirmation the return was approved. I had to request if it went through and if i could receive a document. The rep just gave me a return number and where to ship it. I was upset to even have to pay for the return. Once the product was returned the company refused credit because of the quality it was in. This company has left me in tears refusing to pay me back for anything on only offering 50% off in store credit for just one of the items. The customer rep told me to call in and they gave me a wrong number to call. WHen i looked up the number myself the guy was no help he couldnt offer any support.
The quality of the shoes were so good. I wasn't expecting it to be that good at the prices I bought them. I am so happy with the things I bought. I only wish I could have a bigger size. I bought so much shoes but it was all for my family. Though I never had my size, I am still please with everything. But if I could ask for any thing, I will ask for a bigger size.
Bathing suit arrived quite quickly after my order. I was pleased with the suit I had chosen. Purchasing process was quite easy.
I called to return an item and the the lady was rude. I went with the measurements given and it was way to small.
I have yet to receive my package, so I feel it's unfair to assign a rating to my experience.
I found this to be a easy and satisfying purchase. However wasn't able to get the free gift, the lip gloss.

I paid 2 day air price only to be told on "special items" it can't be shipped 2 day air. Why do they allow you to have the option to ship 2 day air on "special Itmes"? I was declined a refund for my shipping. I just said ok with a smile and knew I would never order from them again!
They sit behind a desk or phone and steal people's money. Unprofessional and doesn't try to assist you with your issue or concern. They charge you a ridiculous amount for shipping and send it the slowest way possible... I mean slow boat to China.
Many unanswered emails. Customer service number always busy. Office number no longer in service. It Was days before they sent a tracking number and that was after i told them i would report them.
Well my overall exp ordering from this site was ok... and only that. I received a damaged dress which I was told I can have replaced or refunded, but have yet to get any instructions on how to do so. One item never came which to my understanding was a back order and will be to me within 7-10 days. Customer service reps were nice enough over the phone. I just wish I got what I ordered in one piece. I'll probably wait a while before I order from them again though.
I received the wrong item and now I will not have the item I needed for a wedding!
It was exactly what it said it was. My wife loved it and it was $20,00 cheaoer than Victotias secret

The wait is very long for regular shipping, when you order from Fabulous or Shoe Dazzle you receive all of your items within 3-4 days, my entire order, to receive all took 4 weeks when I received the last item.
I thought something was wrong at first until I emailed and they responded.
Although I can't rate the garmet itself, this review is based on the fact that it has now taken 10 days from the date that I purchased the item to even receive a tracking #. Also, even though I was pleased with the prompt response, I was told that their vendor sent them the wrong item and they would ship out the correct item (with tracking available) on the 26th but it's now the 29th. Hopefully when I do receive it, the item meets my expectations.
