The fringe boots I ordered were very true to the photo online... so cute, good quality. I'm a size 8 and they are probably too tight to wear all night. But I really do love them... I was debating an exchange but want to wear them to a party in two weeks and didn't want to risk it... Maybe purchase 1/2 size up?

Shipping was fairly quick, cheap prices, love their shoes!

Ordered a dresss dress arrived almost a week later opened it n material. Was cheap n hideous. Its like all the companies are buying from ali express cheap vendor products... uuugh!

I ordered shark leggings on Oct. 7th and wasn't notified or received an email from LolliCulture, only from PayPal confirming the payment. When I contacted them a week later to see what was happening, that's when my order was finally shipped. Order processing time was long and no communication to follow the order process through.

I ordered a pair of boots for a Halloween costume. I ordered them on 10/9 and on 10/16 I contacted them inquiring about the status of my order. I was told ONLY THEN that they were out of stock and I was refunded the day before. I will never give them my business again.

The site was misleading about the size of their swimsuit and I would like to get in contact with their costumer service but they have yet to respond to me, and the number they gave me either goes to voicemail or is continuously busy.

I have not heard a eta on my purchase. I called several times and had to hold on forever. I also emailed, and never got a response back... my purchase was made on 10/09/2015 it is 10/18/15 and not update on my purchase.

Everything arrived in just a few days! Only complaint is that there was a random shirt that was not even my size in my order and not the lip gloss. Super weird if you ask me. As for the boots I ordered, I love them! Overall good experience.

Poor customer service, and misleading advertising..."free shipping over $50" means only if you don't take advantage of other offers on our site... if you're going to do that, have the honesty to say that up front. After holding for 15 minutes for a rep to tell me that and offer no apology for the misleading advertising... makes for a ticked off customer..

I love you guys. The boots look awesome and has everyone wondering where I bought them.

I purchased a costume which stated it was in stock never received a confirmation although my paypalpayment went through. When I called several days later I was told they are refunding my money because the costume was out of stock.
At what point was I going to be notified? I would NEVER use or recommend tjis site as the customer service is appalling.

I give them 3 star cos some their shoes are really small for size 10. I ordered 4 pairs all size 10,2 pairs did feet well and the other 2 were so tight. Putting them made me feel like they were size 9 and not 10 as the label said. Overall the shipping is fast
