The boot I chose was not well made. Instead of it being one whole boot it was sewed together in two parts. The shaft of the boot is made for very small calves, I thought I had skinny legs, but the boot tore when I tried to pull it up. I got the discount they offered but paid regular price for the boot when I paid for the shipping. It is not worth it to try to send the boot back. I am afraid to buy anything else from this company. The customer service is poor.

I made an order through the Lollicouture website, and decided with in 1 hour that I would like to cancel. When I called I was on hold for 30 minutes until I reached a representative. After my call was answered I said I would like to cancel my order, and I was immediately hung up on. I called back and got the same representative, and she was EXTREMELY rude when I asked her to take down my number incase we got disconnected. I asked to speak with someone else and she said she was the ONLY person that answers calls in the entire company. She then told me it was too late to cancel the order when only 1 hour had passed. She then hung up on me again. It felt like a complete scam, and I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund. I WILL NEVER buy anything or let anyone I know buy anything from this company again.

I ordered a bathing suit based off the measurements of the model, I went two sizes bigger not knowing that the size of the top wouldn't change in size! I know what a large is for bathing suits and that's not even close to it and the bathing suit itself looks unfinished. The straps are cut and you can see the rubber band inside the fabric and the cutting and lining and sewing of the material is poorly done and the fabric is cheap, like if I jump in the pool it'll get bleached or fade... I also contacted their customer care when I got an email asking for feedback and they have yet to answer me... seriously? Is it that hard to reply to an email? It's not face to face contact. I just asked if I could return the item for a refund.

I do not understand why you only have a 2 hour window available to have customers speak to customer service. Your website can be accessed by customers all over the country and the world, yet you only have 2 hours in the afternoon pacfic time to communicate with your customers? And what's more, no hold line? Only a busy signal? I highly suggest that you all ramp up your customer service game.

That being said, once I did FINALLY speak to someone, they were very helpful and understanding.

I ordered 29 pairs of clearance shoes and I could not be happier! I received all pairs in one large box, without individual shoe boxes, which was convenient because I don't need 29 shoe boxes laying around. The quality of the shoes is excellent, and all are brand new and never worn. Shipping was a bit pricey, but that is to be expected for a 45 pound package. I will definitely be checking out more of their products and shopping again!
