The short version of my experience: I ordered 3 pairs of boots from Lollicouture, received only 2. I was never notified of this whatsoever - it's not like other companies where they NOTIFY you when an order can't be fulfilled, or better yet they don't take your money until they actually deliver the goods. Lollicouture? They are extremely quick in taking your money but delivering the actual product is a hit or miss, try your luck deal for the buyer, and they don't bother contacting you about it unless you complain to them about it - good luck getting your money back!
I have been back and forth with Lollicouture about this for 3+ weeks now, and they have promised me a "credit" but I've yet to see a cent from them to this day. Their story constantly changes and currently their excuse is that they can't credit me because Paypal already has - NOT the case and can be easily proven. I have filed a claim on Paypal, and ultimately have had to resort to my credit card to dispute this. BUYERS, BEWARE OF THE FRAUDULENT PRACTICE HERE! All the other negative experiences don't come from nothing. Please don't be scammed by this company like so many of us were. The frustration and time is just not worth it. Buy your items from a reputation company so you can have a peace of mind that you will actually get what you pay for, instead of your money stolen from you and having to fight for it back after!

I ordered Jan 18th they said when they ship my item they will send me a email well i still havent recieved a email so i called and they said it havent shipped and when it does it can take up to 3-7 buisness days before i get it. I will NEVER order from them again they are very slowwwww!
I ordered a pair of heels for my dtr on jan 7 it is now jan 25 no elail or anything daying where my order is no shipping info nothing they took the money for shoes 2 days after i placed order roughlt around jan 8th. I still have no idea where my status is of my order never again will i order here
My son had purchased the boots I wanted for Christmas. Unfortunately the store where he purchased them from no longer carried the fringe boot I wanted. So I came home and started searching for them online. It took me 2 weeks to find them, but after a simple google search the boots came up from Lollie! Boy was I excited, I ordered them and after some delay they arrived. And fit perfectly are comfortable and will be worn often.
Never shipped never contacted glad I used PayPal so I'll get my money back. Scammers
I saw a picture of a swimsuit on Pinterest, loved it, and thought it would work well for me since I'm of a 'certain age'! I ordered it thinking: for 15bucks and shipping? Even if it's horrible, I haven't wasted a ton! But it came over the weekend, it fits well, is cute, and is very flattering. So I am pleasantly surprised and happy I took a chance. I'd definitely order from them again.
I am satisfied with my purchase but I was not pleased with the communication about my item shipment confirmation nor was I satisfied with my purchase history within my account because it showed nothing, no purchase history and I was upset because I knew I had just ordered 3 items and I didn't receive an email or anything. Although the prices are great, I am still reluctant to shop on this website again.
It takes intirely to long to process and ship ordered on 1-14-2016 and I still don't have my package yet.
I got a wrong size and never got response if there is a possibility that they will change it.
This jumpsuit looked cute enough, but the seams puckered and it doesn't fit. Since it was on sale, though, I can't return it. Better luck next time.
I called before placing my order about free lip gloss code not being accepted. I was told I had to order $100 worth, but tmI was instructed to suscibe foe emails & I got a code. I called several times thinking someone different could help. The last CS Rep was a male & he was the worst making up excuses when an associate ordered right behind me & had no problem. I was told to place another order & try again. Where's the expertise in the CS skills? Verify order & ship the lip gloss seperate. I pray the 2 items I ordered are of better quality than the unsatisfactory experience I endured. If it weren't for me going to a surprise party & I'm needing those items for it; I would have canceled. It's the principal of the matter. I don't like false advertisement. Thumbs down

The package came fast and the boots are very cute. Although they are not every thick boots they are ery trendy to wead durking the sping and fall. They also fit true to size and zip on the side of the boots. But does fit a little loose around the leg. Overall i am happy with my boots and will order from here again
I bought 5 pairs of boots & love them all! The prices are GREAT! They were delivered to my front door within a week with no problems...
My order was supposedly shipped ended up being short and item. Ordered everything in large when I usually wear a medium. And nothing for it was like for a child especially the swimwear
I was looking through Pinterest one day when I saw a link to your site lolli Couture, so I took a look, and wow, beautiful clothing for great prices. I racked up my total to $125 finally my shipment came yesterday I was pretty happy with the outcome although one thing I did not like and the other one was way too big. I sent an RMA they said they would accept the return for one thing but not the other. So I'm just disappointed all I wanted was to exchange the other thing for a smaller size it's never been worn I don't see what the difficulty is I understand that it was on clearance but I just want to exchange it for a different side of nut size. I'm not asking for any money back. So that's why I'm dissatisfied. How my supposed to suggest your site to other people when if you're not happy with the clothing you won't even be able to exchange it or return it.
I got my package in two days, everything fit as expected, and the quality is good for how cheap everything was. Will definitely buy from them again.

I don't order boots online because I have a hard time finding boots that fit in my calf's. Usually too tight to zip. But because of good price i ordered 3 pair. All fit great. Also ordered on a Wednesday and they were delivered Saturday of same week. Great experience.
