DO NOT do business with this company, they do not deliver on their services, do not communicate and do not ever answer emails or calls. Will never do business with them again.

This company is a SCAM! AVOID at all COSTS!

They have a virtual address and that's all. They say they are in CA but if you check the Secretary of State website in CA they are not actually incorporated and all their phony reps use "English names" to hide the fact that they are all based in India so won't do a darn thing even if you complain a 1000 times.

What they do is attract you with bottom low pricing then once they establish your trust will start forcing you to pay for upgrades you do not need giving you rubbish explanations of why you need to pay more $$$$. If you refuse they become hostile and hold your logo/website design/explainer video ransom. They designed my website then started forcing me to pay more which I refused, the scammers had the audacity to withhold my website ransom and took it down.

A nightmare of an experience! Because they are not based in the USA and use phony names they never resolve any of their complaints. Its same group of scammers including their other front called GREEN LAKE DESIGNERS and AMERICAN LOGO DESIGNERS. They all use phony names likes Max Lodo, Eric Kasper, Dwayne Parker, Frank Anderson etc.

Verify for yourself, ask which state they are incorporated in - they will not tell you, and ask for an actual physical address. The 440 North Wolfe Road
Sunnyvale, CA *******-3869 they use on their website actually belongs to a different business. The company contact number on their website *******823 is never answered and is a voip free conference call number.
They have also previously used another fake address ******* Fremont Blvd, Unit #5 Fremont, CA *******. Google their name and number of complaints all have been unresolved! The reviews on their page are "farmed" out to look authentic but its all a scam!

I challenge them to provide their state of incorporation, name they are incorporated under, actual phone number and physical address. They will not provide any of this because they are all based in India! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

If you paid for any of the services using a credit card, I would encourage you to contact your bank and dispute the transaction. I repeat, they are a SCAM!

I wish I would've read these reviews before doing business with logojeeves. Like others have reported, they try to upsell you.
I can handle that. However, they made up a story that I had to apply for a trademark through them. I told them we did not want to trademark the logo as I could do it on my own for a lower cost. Then after paying for and receiving the logos, I received a call saying I still owe money for trademark fees. I haggled with them and ultimately paid about $150. And, guess what... my logo was never registered with the US Trademark Office! I've tried to reach them for months without any response. Total scam!

I was appalled when I received an email from Barry Allen, from LogoJeeves or Great Lake Designers, or whatever scam company they are going by.

How dare you attempt to extort me out of the brand name I CREATED and MY DAUGHTER DESIGNED?!

This company is a disgrace, and I want to show you the email that was sent to me... see below. I absolutely could not believe the email I was reading and replied back with a scathing message and declaration to sue those companies. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I hope this email finds you in good health since all of us are going through a rough patch.

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the copyrights/ownership of the logo for your project GRITMERCY has expired (June'2019-april'20) and in order for you to keep using that logo online on your website or on the stationary without any hassle, it needs to be renewed.

I have been trying to reach over the phone for the past couple of weeks since USPTO has notified us about your expiration but didn't get a chance to speak to you.

We have different plans for the copyrights depending on the client's requirements starting from 1 year to lifetime.

1 year ownership: $199

3 years ownership: $349

5 years ownership: $599

Lifetime ownership: $799

Choose the plan as per your feasibility so I can advise you payment options and we can send it for attestation to the governing body. I would also like to clarify that Green Lake Designers is a subsidiary of LogoJeeves. So just to clear the confusion, you are not dealing or being contacted by an unknown entity.

I had LogoJeeves create a logo for my website several years ago. They did a decent job on the graphics. However, since that time, I have been repeatedly called even after telling them I didn't need their services any longer. In fact, last time they called... I told them because of the calls, I would never do business with them again. I thought that was the end of it... but now just a few months later they text me and tell me that they have a mandatory legal review and that I need to pay $99.00 to transfer the rights to my logo over to me... Stay as far away from this company as you can possibly get.

This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with and I should have paid more attention to their reviews. They mislead me into believing I was going to get something for my money which I did not get. Then, once I addressed this, they stated I should have known better and I wasn't eligible for a refund. There company is such a joke that when the "manager" left messages on my phone they must have forgot to hang up because they were laughing and joking on the message they left on my phone. When I called the "manager", which I'm certain was just another co-worker in the office, back he listened to my complaint and said he would contact the finance office and call me back in 30 min. He flat out lied because there was no call back from him, instead the low level rep I was working with called me back and stated they would not be giving me a refund. That clearly meant the he was on the phone call that I had with his "manager." By the way, they never stated "the phone calls are being recorded and monitored." I attempted to work with them and find common ground for at least a portion of a refund but they were not having it at all. All I can do now is make sure that nobody else wastes their money like I did. Don't get me wrong, they make everything sound good upfront but if you fall for it you will be wasting your money for sure. DO NOT DO IT!

Engaged with this company to build and maintain our business website and paid them approx.$8000 for the work. After months of back and forth communication they gave us a website in another language, spelling and grammar mistakes and the contact number and address was for the US, we are in Australia. Despite asking for corrections they didn't provide the services we paid them to do and we don't have a website for the $8000, yet they refuse to refund. After making contact with services in AUS to help us the Logo Jeeves Company agreed to refund the funds. Still to this day we have not received our money, they kept it. It's been 4 months now! Their website also offers a full refund/money back guarantee which is not true. Logo Jeeves where is my money?

Horrible, horrible, horrible company.

They are not in the US. The use a use postal address and phone number but are a bunch of scammers from the phillipines that provide horrible horrible service, are argumentative, promise refunds and keep you waiting till you cannot get Visa to do a chargeback.

You need to baby sit them.

They are persistent in calling and texting you over and over and over to get your business, but will not provide any accountability for the horrible service they give you in return. You'll even get insulted.

Stay away from these crooks.

My website with lifetime hosting down since July. Our website is for autism families and needs donations to survive. They won't recover my website without charging me. They kept upselling me and did an awful job and promised to fix it if I bought SEO package and mobile app which I never wanted. The app is awful too. None of invoices had details on them. I have been scammed out of thousands of dollars and they still want money. This is a discrimination against autism. I owe $3500 on the mobile app that is live now but I won't pay. Still trying to negotiate with them to get my business up but they are ruthless. They mention their legal department.
