They are professional scammers and every thing they do is fraud! They tricked me into trademarking my business name through their so called attorney, claiming that someone else filed for the same name. They kept asking for more and more money, sent me fake TM certificate, and $8000 and 10 months later I found out they were lying and my applications was not even assigned to an attorney. Stay away!

Paid around 10K to build a website, copyright and trademark, they made me pay twice a couple things pretending they did it by accident. The website took more than 1 year build because all they did was ask for more and more money. When the website was done was terrible, Not even nice looking and I couldnt upload a picture myself, I always needed to go to logo infinix to do any little change even just a picture. They were rude and now I have a much better website and easy to manage that I builded on Shopify myself. DO NOT use Logo Infinix, Jason Brown and his con artist team, based from any city will steal anything they can from you. I talked to managers, supervisors etc they are all scammers!

All of the other 1 star reviews already said it. Horrible work, horrible customer service, and neverending scammy upsells. Also the kid running it is a complete moron. A year later I still get spam texts and BS upsells. Never used the work from them because it was so bad. Abandoned it and went to a legitimate company and got the work I needed done well and with great service.

This company is not legit, they get you to pay for a website, crash the website; and demand more money.

Build more phone's with 200mp camera or double of 108 mp to be 216mp, or minimum be 208mp to overtake other phone companies if possible, Extend battery up to 8000mah is good when gaming: then frame design to be like for Infinix smart 5 or fix 'and I will be my best buy ever

After my reviews here about this company, one of the managers reached out to me by name Mr. Frank, he was able to turn things around, corrected the error on my brochure even though I had to still pay for reprinting of the work, I did not mind which I did and they are reprinting the work as I write this new review. At this point this is what I can say but will come back after I get my new brochure. For Mr. Frank to go an extra mile to correct the mistake earlier made, is a step forward in the right direction. After I get the hard copy of my work, would come here to give my final reviews.

Do not trust this company with your business. I paid this company $720 for a website. They did a horrible job. Then they asked for more money. A year later they scammed me as I no longer have access to the website.

Everything the negative comments are absolutely true. Fortunately my CC company was able recoup the money spent. Don't do it!

I don't know how they're working in USA nobody trust these people they are operate this business in overseas totally fraud and big scammers……

This company takes forever to send information back to you regarding your logo. After almost harasing them for my logo they finally sent edited versions of what I asked for however before they sent my final copies I was told I needed to pay $599 for a TM (trademark). The package I purchased offered UNLIMITED Logo Design Concepts, By 5 Award Winning Designers, Stationary Design (Business Card, Letterhead, Envelope), Icon Design, FREE Social Media Banners (Any 2), UNLIMITED Revisions, FREE MS Word Letterhead, Free Email Signature, All Final Files Format (AI, PSD, EPS, PNG, GIF, JPG, PDF), 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, 100% Unique Design Guarantee, 100% Money Back Guarantee * and 48 to 72 hours TAT ($175 package). I do expect all of what is offered to be completed professionally. I was told I wouldn't receive my final files until I paid $599 for the TM, this is illegal. This is not a BBB company! DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT PAY FOR THEM TO TRADEMARK ANYTHING! Once I realized my Social media banner, Letterhead, Email Signature and business cards were filled in with edit look alike fields I called to have it corrected, they attempted to charge me for fixing what they put in place on purpose to eventually charge me more money for the corrections. Any company knows you cant hand out business cards or type anything on letterhead with false prefilled sections. Unfortunately this company is money hungry and will take your money from you if you do not pay attention.

I was awaiting my company's logo creation but they made it a nightmare! Even after being promised that my logo will be supplied in all formats and declining their requests for a logo trademark fees, multiple people from their company will ring me daily to persuade me to pay for more.

Not only have i received what i have paid for, but they are hassling me for more money!

I started with Ivan Jasper which we agreed to have all formats to be supplied under the package we paid for. I was contacted by Ben Cooper which according to him was the expert of Logo Infinix and he was going to design He was then trying to send me a webpages which we kindly declined. Then Jason Brown came into the picture who was going to design the logo and he tried again to upsell.

I received some logo concepts from Greg Adams then finally we agreed on a logo but when i thought i was going to get the formats, we received a call again to pay for trademark fees which we had already declined.

Apparently they cant give us the logo for copyright issues unless we pay for it. Trust me, stay away!

There customer service was outstanding, they did everything in a timely manner as they said they would. Fantastic service.

I purchased a logo from Logo Infinix. I also purchased trademarking services with them. They took my money, but failed to complete the service. I tried for months with them promising me "10 more business days" they would say. After about 6-7 times of this, I finally gave up and now I have to go find someone else to complete this service. I strongly suggest avoiding this company.

I paid for 3 logo animations. Ben Cooper was very convincing in his sales technique to make me spend my money. But the moment you pay is the moment they show their true colors. When you pay they don't send you a receipt of purchase. Their preferred method of contact is by WhatsApp (which alone is super sketchy) and even then they barely respond on there. They instantly become harder to reach. They get back to you when they feel like it. They choose not to do the work that you've paid them to do and they send you something completely different. Their team doesn't communicate with each other and tend to keep switching the individuals that work on your project which ultimately means that you have to re-explain what your project is and how you want it done.
They make you wait MONTHS before you receive your animation not weeks.
When I asked them how long it would take - They then replied "2 weeks" which turned into 2 months for an 9 second animation... They really don't care about you or your company. They simply want your money and as soon as you pay they then become $#*!s to you.

Initially you didn't explain to me about mobile responsive things, later you are trying to sell your elite package. I initially told you I don't have a budget more than this.

When Design is completed you are asking for more money to create content and again the same thing I provide you content and now for Web hosting and other hoster are not compatible because they are providing cheap options and I checked your package which is 5 times expensive from them i can't afford it.

It's totally Rip of money. In your professional package you mentioned no hidden charges but there is a lot i am 100% unsatisfied now i spent nearly 5 months with 0 result.

Plz explain to me about this, otherwise give my money back. I am not happy with your service.

Every phone call was another attempt to get more money for things I did not want or need. Took an extremely long time to finalise everything I had paid for. Was not worth the stress, time or money. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
