Spent 3,000$ on a website that lasted 7 months no logo infinix refuses to answer my calls texts and emails about fixing my website they promised the would keep secure and maintained for life or giving me a refund. This company logo infinix is horrible scammers stay far far away from logo infinix

Logo infinex stopped communications and working on my logo. It has been almost 25 days and I still do not have a logo. Only 2 Designers were working on my logo. I did get several design concepts on 12/29/20. On 1/12/21 I spoke with Robby Peterson and told him I could not get through and left a message in logoinfinex chat. Robby told me he didn't get a message and said I could email my pictures. I requested for him to text me hos email instead I was given Mac Jones email. They are working on the project together so I sent what I wanted to the email Mac Jones gave me. Mac Jones sent a reply email telling me he got my email and I would hear back in 24-48 hours. Today is 1/19/21 no responce from Mac Jones or Robby Peterson so I called. When I told Robby I wanted a refund I was hung up on. I called back and demanded to speak with his boss. Robby placed me on hold, when he returned to the phone he said his boss was not there and he would leave a message. My responce was no give me his bosses boss. Robby told me they do not come into work.
Robby wanted to know whers they went wrong so I explained for the 5 time what I put hers in this review.
The email was sent on 1/12/21. I should have heard from them by the 14, maybe the 15th at the latest. Robby says he was now at Mac Jones station amd could not find an email from me and Mac Jones did not tell him I sent the email.
Robby insists he wants to make things right and work on my project today. I told him no I want a refund you owe me $125. How can Robby work on my logo if he doesn't have my email of how I want the logo to look?
Robby told me he would put a request in for my refund and it would take 12-14 business days. I told him no ot wont, it did not take you 12-14 business days to get my money it better not take that to return it to me. I told him you guys are a bunch of cons and scammers.
Robby tolde he would ask that my refund be processed as soon as possible, then told me at least 3-5 business days. I will accept 3-5 business days, however not 12-14.
Robby said he still is going to work on my logo. I told him no, it will be rejected. I want my money!

Update: Today is 1/21/21
My husband checked the bak account yesterday and found that Logo Infinex had returne the $125. On the 19th the same day I wrote this review.
I spoke with Logo Infinex on messanger yesterday and today before I my h told me the money had been refunded.

I purchased the Elite Logo Package. The initial contact was good, but after that things broke down. I kept getting switched to different people, so I never knew who was handling the project. They were not responsive to emails/questions. Often they would not respond for weeks at a time. They kept trying to charge me more for things already included in the package. I was so glad I kept all the emails I received from them so that I could show them what they said before. They did end up producing a nice logo that we're very happy with. They didn't deliver anything else paid for the in package. I got tired of trying to chase them down and just went to Vistaprint to develop my own business cards, stationary, brochures, etc. I would not recommend doing business with them!

I started a visiting nurse service in August 2020 hiring and paying Logo Infinix to create a logo and website. I would prefer to keep pricing to myself. I was required to pay in advance and they charged my credit card immediately for anything I ordered. I added flyers to be made and a trademark. The logo is great as were the flyers but the website has turned out to be the death of my business currently. I will be reporting to BBB and requesting a refund for the website although I feel they have cost me my business and severe loss of income. After much repetition of trying to get them to correct problems I finally insisted they release the site so I could get someone else to work on it. They will say that the problems are my fault because I wanted it released but I had no choice. I know it was not finished but I could not get them to finish it. Someone else worked on it and had very negative feedback for Logo Infinix. They did not proof anything. Had links going nowhere. I would send lists of things to fix and perhaps one item would be done. I was made promises time after time but no action was seen. I still do not have access to the business email included in the website and have asked for it repeatedly. They refused to refund me although the company offers refunds for dissatisfaction. Stationery came with my package also and it finally came in December without the envelopes and incorrect business cards. I am done.

I originally first ordered from them to get my dad a new logo for his company because his was looking a bit outdated and for $35 I really couldn't go wrong. The service was advertised as get 3 designs, and revisions. Upon ordering it took about a week and a half to get my logos back to me, not the 72 hours they had advertised. I had to email them asking why it was taking so long (a common experience among other customers) and the next day they magically showed up.

After looking at the logos and having described what I wanted it was a total joke what I had received, four logos, one that had to do more with what I actually described, one that looked like it came out of the year 3000 and two that looked unbelievably stupid and nothing like what I asked for. I received a call asking which logos I wanted to finalize, not wanting to deal with them any longer I just told them the one I thought was the best looking. Now, I did not get any revisions, which is unfortunate, because I specifically asked for them and was ignored but didn't care enough to do anything about it as it was only $35.

Where they try to get you is when they try to tell you that you should trademark the logo under the patent office. First of all, you don't need to trademark you corporate logo. Second of all, you're protected under copyright inception laws concerning people copying your logo without needing to trademark. I sniffed this out right away and turned it down to which I got an awkward pause and then she quickly hung up. Based on other customer experiences they try to sell you a patent filing for $835.

I dealt with Elias and Sophia and I can say that both are inexperienced as designers at best and unprofessional at worst. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because it cost $35.

Negative star rating if I could. As soon as I finished talking on the phone with Ben, my phone started blowing up with spam texts for everything from graphic design to hiring and author to write a book. When he called back today to follow up on our previous call I said that I wasn't going to use them because of the spam texts. His response was "ok then. F--- off." Then hung up on me. Man did I really dodge a bullet by not using these guys.

They treat you poorly and use scam like strategies to try and get you to signup to bigger deals. Be prepared to get phone calls with them trying to get more money off you. Wouldnt recomend, borderline a scam.

This is my experience with Logoinfinix
I am giving this review to the full truth of what transpired with my dealings with Logoinfinix

I signed up on Oct 1,2020 to get a logo design, they called me and upsold me to a logo with a animated logo at a price of $300.00 USD was told it would take 48hrs to completion, they sent me a link to pay by CC so I did.

On October 1,2020 I completed the design initial debrief, Then 5 days later on October 6,2020 I emailed them asking where my logos are, they replied later that day and I finally received some logo designs to choose from, before day end I picked one that was ok and told them to go ahead with the one I agreed to.

On October 7 they called me again, not to talk about my logo design or animation design but to offer web hosting and website design, I did not agree and said I would not do anything until I received what I had already paid for. This was all offed at a discount off their regular price, I felt like I was being pressured into purchasing a product that I did not have the time to research.

On October 8,2020 they called me and asked again for web hosting and web design... I refused, they them transferred me to another department and offered trademarking my logo for $849.00 USD for lifetime, I refused as I do not find it necessary as we are a corporate company.

On October 9 they called again to discuss purchasing lifetime hosting and website design for a discount at only $748.00 USD, I thought ok that is an ok price, I agreed to it but only when both my logo design and animation logo was 100% completed, well that was not the case they went ahead and charged my CC for $748.00 USD this was done without my authorization as the first services were not completed.

Now it was October 10,2020 still no files from them for logo design or animation logo, I emailed them informing of my disappointment and informed them of the $748.00 USD charge on my CC that I did not authorize, they did email back the next day on October 11,2920 with 10 files of logos that were nothing like what I originally approved! With no mention of the $748.00 charge to my CC.

October 12,2020 I am now frustrated, I emailed to tell them that I was not happy at all with the final logo as not all of them match the one I approved, in my frustration I requested again a full refund for $300.00 USD and also for the $748.00 USD for the web hosting and web design I did not authorize.

Morning of October 13,2020 13 days after payment I get animation files that are not acceptable to me, changes need to happen, I replied again that I want a full refund in the amount of $1048. 00 USD as I am not happy with the services provided and definitely not happy with the unauthorized charge of $748.00 USD to my CC.

Unfortunately they tried many times to call me but I was working in the field with very very poor reception and could not answer the calls.

Evening of October 13,2020 I am emailing them again to request a call back some of the logo designs and the animation logo is not what I approved, I will give them a chance to make things right.

OK now it's October 14,2020
Got off the phone with LogoInfinix and they are willing to work with me to make things right, good on them... If they do the changes in a timely fashion I will be happy with the design of my logo, also they are willing to issue a credit for the charge of $748.00 USD, I decided I am going to waiting to see how the logo design turns out, if all good I will most likely use their services for website design and hosting.

I did make it clear to them that I was disappointed that they charged me for those services before the first services were completed. Seems like they understand my concerns, will update when everything is finalized, and provide a honest review.

This is my experience to date with Logoinfinix, it was a bumpy start but seems to be getting better as they are willing to make the changes to my logo design. Really think they try but believe they should state more realistic timelines.

Hopefully I will be upgrading this review to 5 stars as I hope they follow through with what was promised all in a timely manner with realistic timelines.

Intially I was excited to work with logo infinix to complete my logo and webisite. However, once they were paid they stopped responding. I emailed them numerous times. When I finally was able to speak with someone they had no idea which project I was referring too. I even provided the reference number. Once, I let them know I had filed a dispute with my bank they were very responsive once again and tried to persuade me to change my mind and how this was all a misunderstanding. My military bank made me aware of the better business complaints that existed and provided a conditional refund. It has been almost 2 months and Logo Infinix still has not provided a full refund to my bank. My phone number receives numerous spam text each day since the incident. I confronted Ben Cooper and emailed the team assigned with no response. If this can be a warning to anyone please stay far far away. A lot of people with positive reviews listed for them are employees. Logo Infinix provided me and example of a website that was created with a phone number. I actually looked the business up on the BBB website and the actual company had never heard of them. I made this known as well and their response was we have a lot of people competing with us and spreading lies. Please do your research. This is the best advice that I can give. Do not give this company any of your hard earned money and run any risk of loss. This is not a fraud i have posted the receipt that was sent to my bank to dispute charges as you can see the receipt is for content writing which I never received but for the dispute they want to claim domain hosting. Now my dispute is open until November 7th.
