I paid in full the amount of $129.00 USD and I never received a logo. They claimed that I would get a logo within 72 hours. Bill Cooper assured me that I would get my money back guaranteed. Which was a lie. I have left the so called manager many messages and no response back from anyone. The phone number online posted on the website is disconnected. This is an overseas scam artist company. Please don't waste your time or money or you will seriously regret it.

The level of professionalism and customer care drops as soon as the payment is made. Fake names, fake accent - not fooling anyone. I thought since I had paid anyway, I'll work with them to get my logo design finished but impossible to work with. I was told 'no point in getting disappointed, our job is finished' when I asked why I wasn't told earlier that my 'design package' doesn't come with a printable logo. They gave commitments regarding turnaround times and number of revisions in writing before the payment was made, but there was absolute disregard for the same once the payment went through. 2 weeks gone down the drain. Only interested in marketing/upselling - need to focus more on the job at hand! They say they work as per Sydney times, but are definitely located overseas.

$29 ain't a lot but there's a principle involved. Had to put this out there so that others don't get cheated...

My first review about them was also negative. However, I deleted that and I posted a good review about them 'only' because they called me and apologised, and requested to remove my previous negative review about them. They made promises that they could not deliver to. I have restored my previous 1 star review about them. I wish if ONLY if there was a 'negative' star review, I would give them that. Please I beg you all stay away from these guys at any cost. I am not removing my negative reviews no matter how much they come begging now.

Why did I restore my previous negative comment?

Because they called me. They apologised and they promised to rectify the issue they also offered to post business cards for free, they will give $50 back because they did NOT deliver all the services as initially promised. When I accepted their apology and their ways to rectify the issue, they disappeared and no response back at all - been over 1.5 months. I also think the SAME person called me from a different name, and I also received multiple private inbox messages with 'fake' names e.g. 'ocean' saying how they do not believe this company can scam people. I of course cannot confirm the authenticity of the account but definitely stay away from these people no matter what. I am sticking to my review. I am also posting the same bad review on other websites.

Hats Off to Ben Cooper who signed me up for the Professional 2in1 (Logo n Website) Package worth $999 USD at the very first time. However, I only wanted to spend $49 max. For a simple Logo but I was not sure which package I should go with. I briefed my business details and vision to Ben and he then recommended the Best Seller Package named (2in1 Professional Logo n Website Package - $999) and I paid all upfront. Hence, the end-results surprised me and I must say that the money I paid ($999) was nothing in front of the benefits I got from LogoInfinix.com.au...

At the start Logo Infinix seem fine but once you pay them they simple no longer care.

Simple instructions such as following my instructions and color guide they could not do and always made up excuses.

This company require you to leave a message with an answering service with the promise someone from the company will call sadly this is not true.

They don't call back. I have been waiting for a week, our system relies on there back up but there is none.

They have cost us a lot of money so I would suggest you think twice before going with Logo Infinix as their customer support is really bad!
