Bought the fc 25 preorder and could not redeem the fc points on Xbox x.

Had to do my own research and try to contact Microsoft until I hit a wall.

Multiple users experienced the same issue, as seen on reddit posts, but the customer rep reiterated that my contract was with EA/Microsoft and the issue was not theirs.

Dismissed my problem and sent me to the EA terms.

Very poor service to have paid for a preorder perk that can't be redeemed and expected to live with it!

4600 FC Points/€38 approx. Purchase value taken.

Contacted them on the day of release, 20th September, 15 emails later and only now being sent to escalations after stating I have started a chargeback.

Avoid unless you want to get dragged into customer service hell.

I purchased TDU Solar Crown on the 13/09 and paid via Paypal however, I received no confirmation email frrom CDKeys and only received a PayPal confirmation email. I received no key from CDKeys and once raised with CDKeys they told me they could not refund me and they claimed to be looking into my issue, since then I only received 2 generic holding emails and the only way to get them to respond is to message them on Facebook Multiple times a day to actually receive an update, their customer service is non-existent and they are very unhelpful.

Don't be fooled. Do your research. But even then their website will mislead you. Better off just buying from a store. NO refunds will be given despite their misleading descriptions.

Fast and excellent service! Definitely recommend it! Got my steam keys almost immediately.

I purchased a game key via the direct to PayPal option (without registering an account) and afterward was only given an order ID number, no game key was directly shown. It said I would receive an email with a link for the key. This email never arrived. I waited one hour and then contacted support. To be fair, support answered swiftly, but only said they re-sent the confirmation mail. It again did not arrive. I was writing from the mail used in PayPal (which is where the link is to be expected). After again not receiving the mail, I sent a reply informing support and asking to verify if they sent it to the correct email adress. No reply. 24 hrs later I sent another mail to ask for an update, again no reply. They just gave up on me, leaving me stranded with the spent money and no key. Cannot recommend!

The key arrived quickly and without issue, but the game itself was a bit underwhelming. That's not the seller's fault, though; the game was simply lacking in some areas.

So far i like it we shall see how it all comes out in the wash, i have no idea if i like it as i have not experienced this first

Xbox gamepass besteld via CDkeys.com en betaald via iDeal. 1 minuut later ontving ik een mail dat de bestelling niet is gelukt en dat het geld wordt teruggestort. Ik heb alle communicatie via de mail:

Charles van CDKeys zegt meermaals dat ik bij mijn eigen bank moet zijn om te vragen waar het geld is. Dus ik heb via de chat contact opgenomen met ING en zij zeggen dat CDKeys bij hun iDeal provider moet vragen waar het geld is en een terugbetaalverzoek moeten indienen bij hun iDeal provider.

Ik heb al 2 weken mailcontact met CDKeys en nog steeds geen geld retour gehad. Nu lees ik bij Trustpilot dat meerdere personen de dupe is van hetzelfde. Ik heb alle communicatie met CDKeys en mijn bank via de mail en chat. Als het niet wordt opgelost dan raad mijn bank aan om hulp te gaan vragen bij Thuiswinkel.org.

Ik zal in ieder geval op alle kanalen van CDKeys.com mijn verhaal doen en iedereen laten weten dat dit bedrijf dit vaker doet.
