Said free resume-went through all the resume and get to the end and you charge me... NOT happy! You should have mentioned in the beginning.

We also provide the option of a 14-day trial for a small fee, which gives you the ability to print, email or download your resume and cover letters, but these features are NOT listed within the free account.

The format was quite easy to work with. The only issue I had was after spending a couple hours creating my first resume, all the information was erased! Very discouraging and irritating. Also pricing was not made clear upfront.
