I found it very frustrating to moves items up or down within the sections, such as skills - I wanted to reorganize the order of the skills I selected.
I select where I can the cut text placed and it replaces my cursor at the bottom, then I have to reselect where I want the text, and the second time it will leave my cursor where I placed it. Each skill took me multiple clicks to get it to move where I wanted it placed.
Also the student template that I selected is created for the first page, but I would like the second and remaining pages to not have all the blank space on the right hand side. I want pages 2 - xx to use the whole page.
I want my resume and it is taking forever to get to it.

I found this site to be very misleading. It advertises as a free resume builder then turns around and charges you to download at the end. Thanks for helping me with my resume, but no thanks for the deception and lie!

The auto renewal is listed with the features of the 14 day subscription on the sales page, as well as on the payment and confirmation pages. We also send a payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal. Answer: This is what the site advertised: For 14 day access, $14.95, and for a year $39.80. However, signing up for ANY service aloows the site to store your payment information for further billing, and getting in touch with them, much less obtaining help is nigh impossible. After two weeks they will pull $39.80 MONTHLY from your payment method (please see my review and others on Google and yelp for further verification of this).

Answer: I had to cancel my Debit Card account with Bank of America, because the Bank refused to block LiveCareer from my account. I wonder if they are in cahoots or what? I believe a class action suit may be required so we can get our funds back.
Answer: Call your bank and change your card number Call them and let them know you have contacted your bank and will contact the better business bureau of you don't get a full refund. Then contact the better bBB and file a formal complaint. You will have a refund within a week. That's how I got my money back
