Appalling service. In fact words cannot describe how absolutely atrocious their customer service is. Have dealt with them twice. First to get an invoice after we'd ordered some beds for our business. An invoice. You'd think you could just log in to your account and print it off. That would be the sensible thing to do. No. 12 phone calls, 16 emails and 3 months waiting. For an invoice. So we never ordered from them again.
Next time was for a trampoline that my wife ordered. Payment made with the order online. Two months later no trampoline. No confirmation email, no receipt no nothing. Every time my wife rang customer service they hung up on her before she even got to explain anything. When she eventually got through to someone who didn't hang up they said they couldn't trace it but the would escalate' the issue. And then nothing. They would call back. They didn't. They would trace the item and ring back. They didn't. We wanted a refund. We would have to wait until they had traced the item. They couldn't trace it. They'll ring back. They never ever did. Eventually after over an hour listening to some customer service agent in India insisting that all they could do was escalate the issue, even though I had informed them the issue had been escalated through the clouds at this stage, I demanded to talk to a manager, and after several hoops jumped through we got our refund. And then a week later someone arrived to deliver a trampoline. After 3 months.
We ordered with another company who took our order, gave a receipt, rang us to thank us and delivered our trampoline two days later.
Never deal with this company unless you have a sadomasochistic streak. Beyond incompetent.
I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD. WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'VE BEEN GOING THROUGH A COMPLAINT WITH THEM SINCE OCTOBER, AND THEY'VE DONE NOTHING BUT AFFECT MY CREDIT. THEY PASS YOU ON FROM DEPARTMENT TO DEPARTMENT, WHO FEED YOU WITH LIES AND FALSE PROMISES. I REGRET OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. I WILL CONTINUE TO POST THIS ON EVERY REVIEW SITE, MAYBE THIS WILL GET THEIR ATTENTION.

Littlewoods stores closed down quite a few years ago but their online store is still doing well. I find some of their styles are more for older people but they are still fairly cheap and good quality.
Answer: Impossible. The phone number does not work from the U.S. and Their "contact us" notice on the web page is "temporarily" out of service. I have been unable to even find out what they say I purchased for more than $400 and why they keep sending me notices for different payment amounts and for "receipt" of some payments that I am unaware of.
