I bought a unicorn chandelier for my daughter from Litfad which tool months to get, and now NO bulbs will fit. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They told me G4, but the glass does not fit over them. My daughter is very upset.
Litfad advertises good products however they ship garbage. They're based from China and do not consider that most Americans do not read or speak Chinese and fail to provide adequate assembly instructions. The product I ordered came wrapped in cardboard from China and by the time it arrived in New York City the packaging was broken open pieces were on the floor and several pieces were damaged. There is inappropriate list of required assembly products in the packaging that prevented me from assembling the product. After communicating with them numerous times over a 6 month period of time they told me to watch the video and that I didn't need to understand Chinese just look at the pictures. Walmart Amazon both have same products half the price with the proper assembly instructions. Do not buy from this company they are fraudulent. You will be wasting your money.
Please do not buy with this company, they don't keep what they promise, It's not a professional company, I will find a lawyer to sue them, don't waste your time and money with them, they promised a free flight delivery to keep my order and don't cancel it and they didn't send it by flight, it´s been more than 2 months waiting for my order, Liers!

Horrible company ships from California based in China, my chandelier, total piece of $5 Defective junk! I had to put in dispute with credit card company in order to get credit 2 months later! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! You'll regret!
We ordered a desk. Nowhere in the ordering process did it say it would take 2 months to be delivered. When it did finally arrive half of the parts were missing and the every part we did receive was chipped scratched or dented! Totally unusable. Their customer services offered us a discount to keep it or to return it to China for a refund! Neither acceptable options. Just a few examples below

I have been waiting for 8 months for my refund on a product I have yet to receive yet they tell me its en route. I recieved 2 other items that were damaged. This company is not as advertised.
Ordered wine rack wall mounted! Waited over 2 month paid $1150 arrived! And what arrives damaged unfinished scratched and funny thing it doesn't fit the wine bottle! YES WINE RACK, doesn't fit the bottle! Customer service is useless going back an forth with the same questions! Stupid company will report everywhere! Do not buy anything!
I purchased a light fixture, that unbeknownst to me was being shipped from China. Took 46 days to arrive when outlined on the web sight it would take up to 30 days if shipped to the US. Hired a professional electrician to install the light fixture & it did not work. Contacted customer service & asked for a mailing label to ship the product back and for a refund and they refused both. I was told that I had to pay for the shipping and would give me a 20% refund. Totally not acceptable!
I will never buy another product from Litfid as products are inferior and customer service not accommodating when item does not work. Luckily I was able to dispute the charge on my credit card.
I have just received a coffee table that I ordered from Litfad months ago. Badly damaged packaging, Shoddy item, No instructions, cannot get through to anyone for refund! Also, item was delivered to a site office near where I live. I was never informed! Could have been there for weeks! Neighbour noticed it!
Totally scam. Items came late and different from what was online and was damaged. The refused to give a refund, went back and forth with customer service. This place is absolutely garbage
I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Litfad which turned out to be a complete scam operation. From the moment the bed arrived, it was evident that the item description and the pictures displayed on their website were grossly misleading. The product I received was nothing like what was advertised, and it was of extremely poor quality. Scandinavian wood my foot this a cheap quality lumbar. See pictures
To make matters worse, the bed I received was severely damaged and had multiple missing parts. It was an absolute disappointment and a hassle to deal with their customer service for the past three months. Despite paying extra for insurance, they refused to provide a refund and showed no concern for the faulty product they had sent.
Their so-called solution to the problem was laughable. They suggested selling the product on eBay or giving it to friends and family, along with a measly 5% discount. This was a feeble attempt to avoid taking responsibility for their fraudulent business practices. It is clear that this company is operating as a sham operation from China, preying on unsuspecting customers.
What's truly infuriating is that even resorting to a credit card claim will not yield any positive results. The scammers have cunningly set up multiple safety nets to deny claims and evade accountability. It is a chilling reminder that buying anything from this website is equivalent to burning your hard-earned money and being subjected to endless frustration.
I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this deceitful operation. The false advertising, inferior products, damaged goods, and lackluster customer service are all red flags that should serve as a warning to potential buyers. Save yourself the headache, disappointment, and financial loss by avoiding this website at all costs.

Product arrived broken, chipped, stained. Beyond the fact that the building material was extremely cheap and not as it was described. Just all the rest of the these reviews, they refuse to refund you, and even if they due they subtract what they paid for freight from china, so you get zero dollars back, no matter how expensive your purchase was. My mistake for not reading the thousand of dissatisfied customers reviews, who feel they have been ripped off by this terrible company. WHAT A JOKE.
Bedside tables were damaged, paint scratched, did not screw up properly and did not stand straight. I requested a refund and they refused to refund the total amount. I would would not trust this company!
I purchased a floating media center from Litfad. Prior to making the purchase, I went to their chat feature and asked customer service a few questions I had prior to making the purchase. They answered my questions kind of strangely (I thought it was a translation issue) but to my satisfaction and so I made the purchase. When I received the product, it was not the one I wanted, and some of the features I confirmed in the chat were missing...they sent me the wrong item with missing features.
I emailed them and asked for an exchange, but they wanted me to send the item back at my expense. Sending a 95-pound crate back to China would be hundreds of dollars. Still disbuting.
They did not take responsibility and they wanted me to pay for their mistake.
Stay Away...even if you are tempted!
I purchased a rug, and the wrong one was delivered. There was a considerably long waiting period for the rug to arrive, and when we realized the wrong one was delivered, the company made little effort to correct the issue. The sizing of the rug was also not up to the specs on the website, and the overall quality of the rug was poor. Would never recommend any purchases from this company!
I bought a total of two bed frames, and both headboards were broken when they arrived. After contacting their customer service, They started to say that they would give me some money back, and I replied that I just need to send back the headboard that I can use, and they refunded $160 to me on their own initiative,And they promised to resend the two headboards to me, and then I only received one of the headboards., Then I contacted the customer service again, they told me to wait to send it back to me, after I waited for another 50 days, there was no information about my headboard, and no reply was given to me when I contacted again!
The picture below is the broken headboard I received, do you think this headboard is still useless? You have to spend money to buy a quilt and spend time contacting a company that doesn't answer your emails at any time, and they don't have a company contact number at all, you can't contact anyone who can be responsible, or they don't want to be responsible at all!
First off, I should have been cued in by the fact this site is "Sponsored" but I didn't notice and so the product is shipped from China. After a few weeks I noticed the item had not arrived nor shipped. After reaching out to the company they claimed item had been shipped even though they couldn't tell me when and that I was to wait TWO MONTHS for its arrival. I immediately asked for my money back to which they refused because "item was already shipped." Item arrived in a box that looked like it went through hell and back and crushed styrofoam inside the box which made for a giant mess on my porch as I cleaned off every single piece of wood which was covered in styrofoam and static. Do not order from this vendor, they do not care about integrity or customer service.
We ordered a wall mounted wine rack from Litfad, the cost was over $83, plus shipping. It took over six weeks for the item to arrive, the customer support was awful and dishonest. Even worse, the product is constructed with inferior material, probably cost the vendor less than $5.00. We will never purchase from Litfad again and would strongly recommend prospective buyers to avoid using Litfad, as well!
I have started contacting all the companies enabling Litfad and would be grateful if others would do the same. We can't just let them keep doing this.

This website is a scam, and has been conning people out of money for over 10 years.
* They lie about the products they are selling, showing 3D renderings, and delivering actual items of very poor quality often looking nothing like the images or having the stated dimensions
* They ship and package poorly so that products arrive significantly damaged
* They take months to deliver
* Their products do not meet standards required for fire and safety
* when you complain they will offer you a small refund, but despite advertising as shipping being free will not refund shipping.
* If you return the product, you are forced to cover the costs of shipping an customs yourself making it frequently cheaper to just discard the product - a shocking waste of resources and environmental impact
I am contacting companies like yours who are enabling this behaviour and being associated with this brand. I'm sure you would prefer not to be seen as tolerating robbing customers of their hard earned money, and would prefer to do the right thing - which is to stop providing services to them.

Answer: Litfad is a scam company. Their website products are 3-D images. The intention is to deceive customer. Their return policy is designed to force the product on customers. Imagine the cost of shipping a bucky product to China, which is more expensive than the product cost.
