I was so excited when I ordered two playsuits from this website. My order total was $100. As a university student, I have to save up for a while when I want to buy new clothes, so this was a lot of money for me to spend. I placed my order and waited 15 days which was when my order was supposed to arrive. After about 19 days, I emailed Lioness about my order and they were not helpful at all, pretty much just telling me that it should be arrived by now. I emailed back and then replied that they would looked into it. After two days of not hearing back I went onto their Instagram account to voice my concerns, they replied to my comment saying they would get back to me but they did not. I finally emailed them again and asked if I could get some of my money back since I had not received my package, they replied that they are not responsible for my lost parcel. I went onto their Intsagram again and commented that my parcel had been lost and I had pretty much wasted $100, I was quickly blocked.
I am being disgusted with this shady company. Once they have your money, they don't care about you at all. Do not buy anything from them, it's not worth it. There are so many good and trustworthy websites out there and this is not one of them.
I felt the need to write a review because I researched them before buying and didn't find any reviews of them. Im writing this to warn other people who are thinking of purchasing from them.
