I don't really like fast fashion but cute tops can't be ignored! I ordered 2 tops from them and I love it! My package got delivered within 3 days I think.
Honestly the clothes on the website looked great but they're awful. First of all the sizing, an L in pants is a 36-38 in Eu sizing, not only is the size terrible but they were abnormally long, I had a good 40cm of pant under my foot and the waist barely covered my buttcrack. Second the quality equates to something from a costume store.

I had lodged an exchange for a top from a matching set but was meaning to lodge it for the skirt instead. I had shipped back the skirt with the $10.00 return label. I then received a top back which is when I realised my mistake. I then reached out to customer service and explained the situation in which there was a lot of back and forth of them requesting for a photo o the top that they had sent out and then continuously telling me there's a process that they go through and that I have to lodge the return. I was happy to lodge the return but then I would simply get the incorrect item back again with lesser value of what I had paid since the skirt costed more. I didn't have an issue with botching it if they could confirm that they could manually follow up to get me the correct item sent out.
We spoke for a long period of time across over 20+ emails with Andrea constantly palming me off with links to the returns policy and returns portal and not accounting for the difference in value even if I do a simple refund. She would also refuse to refer me to someone who could help despite me asking multiple times and simply tell me she had no conclusion but for me to lodge the return/ exchange (where the same item will be sent out incorrectly again).
She also said that they wanted to rectify the situation but that the skirt is now sold out and when I checked online the size and skirt I was trying to exchange it for was still in stock. I sent her this and a screenshot, which she ignored and replied with 'thank you for your feedback'.
Absolutely trash customer service and although I frequented them before, I will definitely not be wasting any more of my time or money on them and will be spreading awareness.

ABSOLUTE SHI* QUALITY. HORRIBLE sizing - nothing fits right. The quality of the material is literally worse than shei*n and I'm not even joking here. Absolute scam of a website charging abysmal prices for horrendous quality. Ordered over $100 to america and will probs have to pay $100 in vat/duties now. If I could go in time before I made this order I would. Waste of money energy and time.
I purchased a skirt online and read their size guide, but when i received the skirt, it is far too big, since it's an online order, i have never had a chance to try that on, i could only read whatever they stated online. Since the skirt is too big, i wanna return and refund, i sent an online chat about the return and never got a reply, and i ended up needed to google Lioness return, then got a link so that i can process my return, and they deducted $10 for printing a return label, that's so unfair!

I have made several attempts to contact them to no avail. Their chat line is a joke. They never respond on their chat line or to emails sent. My order was delivered to the wrong address and it was confirmed by DHL that this was in fact true. I am exasperated by this situation. I have a feeling I will be unable to get a resolution. If I had charged it to my credit card instead of using Quadpay, I could dispute the charge. I do not understand how a business can operate in this fashion.
My package was sent back by the shipping company but Paige in customer service was really lovely and they sent my package back to me without any extra costs! The quality and styles were great! Be mindful that you may have to pay customs if you're located outside Australia.

I ordered a trench coat from lioness. Got the confirmation email, 3 days later they email me telling me they are unable to fulfill my order due to no stock? Seemed strange that I was even able to order it then. I emailed back and asked if the could just send me a bigger size. Took another 3 days to get back to me and said they actually had the original size I was after, great.
Then I notice it hadn't moved at all on my tracking for about a week, so I emailed them and asked what the go was.
They took another 3 days to get back to me and tell me my package had been lost?
So I ask for a refund, then they took a week to even reply to me still no refund, I told them I'll be taking it up with the bank. I finally got my refund and the shorted me $6 not a big deal but still not okay.

The company provides a size guide for use in determining your size when purchasing clothing. They grossly misrepresented the sizing and gave me something 5 inches larger in the waist than was advertised. I contacted them and tried to rectify this issue and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. I would not buy anything from here. Probably the worst customer service I've ever had. They even went so far as to insult my intelligence. STAY AWAY!
Never presented from there directly but they have things at urban outfitters. This time I ordered directly from their site and wow the quality is amazing and super cute. The shipping was amazingly fast and organized (which we all love so much) if you live in Canada you will be paying shipping fees which I didn't know. So thank you lioness can't wait to get out of quarantine to wear my new fits
Ordered two dresses, the velvet one is beautiful but the fabric seems cheap, the sweetheart dress fabric is so thin I'm actually scared of ripping it apart, when putting it on. The sizes are running pretty small (especially in the bust area). The sweetheart dress also has a stain, which is unacceptable at this price point. Hope the stain goes away washing it (will definitely have to hand wash it due to thin fabric). (Not the shops fault but I had to pay 15 extra charges for the express delivery + customs so beware if you're ordering from within the EU)
I bought a bikini set. It looks gorgeous on. The quality isn't the best as there are some loose seams and some raw seams on the inside but for 20$ I am not complaining, I love it! Just wait until they go on sale. I am a 34c and size 24-25 in jeans and the S fit perfect. If you have a larger bum size up to M as it is a bit tight.

Save your money and buy from Zaful they are a quarter of the price and the quality is much better which is laughable!
Received my product but have discovered manufacturing defect as well as the coat coming in dirty, I have tried emailing twice, and still no response from the company. Poor online customer service.
