Totally happy just gave the 3d design low because I never saw anything in 3d, maybe it was me or it just was really communicated well to me in how to look at it. Heidi was awesome as my designer she was prompt in getting back and answered all my question thoroughly.
I don't know what the 3D service is - I have not used it. I received my drawer, I have looked at the video to install it and it seems to me that it was a mistake to buy it.
Not happy about the use of mdf in the doors, solid maple and maple plywood is a better product

So far everything has been great! We enjoyed working with Johnny. He was very helpful with suggestions, but not pushy at all.
One complaint we have is that we had to return a couple things and it took over a month to receive our money back for that.

Where did the quality go? Who are they hiring? This used to be such a good company, but their standards have slipped. The cabinets will not go together because it looks like they started cutting one angle from one end, stopped half-way through and started at the other end,... UPSIDE DOWN! There is no way to use cabinets cut like that. The parts can't possibly slide all the way through the grooves. Waste of money and waste of time!

It took a long time to get responses to questions that I had. I also don't like how I have to scroll to find each individual cabinet size. It would be easier if the style of cabinet was listed and then the different sizes immediately followed in the same section with price. When unboxing my order I noticed that a few items were different. Example: I ordered two of the same posts, but even though they were labeled as them same they were two completely different designs. I also had a side panel that had no dado cuts so I could not complete the assembly. Despite this, Nick was quick to remedy the issue and sent replacement parts.

I've waited 3 months for this sale! Pantry was easy to assemble, and my wife helped me get the shell into the house before installing shelfs and doors. Match our existing cabinets and gave her lots more storage we were short of.
