The first shipment arrived broken and unusable then Lightup provided oprion to ship two more lights or cancke the order, i chose to ask for two more 6ft lights. The second order also arrived broken. The USPS can not be trusted to ship fragile items.

Shipping fragile items like 6ft lights is indeed a hard thing to do without any issues, and we sincerely apologize that you experienced this not once, but twice. We are also always looking into ways to improve our packaging and shipping methods for these longer items to prevent damage as best we can from happening. But, we also understand that yes, shippers are not always as careful with the items as they should be and damage occurs in those cases. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

These lights worked well for what I wanted, a little flimsy so much so that two broke putting them on the fence posts and smaller than I wanted but they work good.

Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and customer service provided through Amazon. I purchased a total of 12 LED units three different sizes and specs. 10 of the 12 were exactly, two models, or exactly as described. One of the models on receipt and inspection was obviously an older model and did not meet aesthetic needs because of much larger size with lower lumen output. These two LED light fixtures were easily returned without issue the four largest units successfully installed and seem to be very bright.
