Shipment required an "appointment" and I tried to set it up twice by online chat and three times by phone, and the first two dates came and went and the item did not show. The third time I was told that the apointments are made with the expectation that they would have it in stock but if they don't the appointment is canceled. But when it was canceled I was not notified. And I don't understand why I need to make an appointment, just deliver it. And when it comes into stock, just deliver it. The system used to schedule without tying to physical existing inventory is stupid.
After 2 emails and 2 customer service messages I finally received a call andf everything was worked out.

I had a problem with the light and call to customer service resulted in an immediate response. They contacted the light company and a replacement is on the way. Very satisfied.
The shopping experience was swift, complete, and painless. The lamps were delivered as promised and look to be what I was expecting. I have not put any in service yet because the 2 that I need to replace first are in a place that requires the use of an extension ladder and the weather has not been cooperating.
