These ballasts were just what I ordered and were much cheaper than the local stores, even with shipping.

Excellent experience. Well packaged. 4 bulbs appear to be intact. Not yet installed. Fixture will need to be rewired for retrofit. Looks like excellent product. Called to add to order but order had already gone to warehouse. Recommended new order for more product. Thanks for good service.

We were glad to finally find a product we've been searching for; or at least it would work. We ordered a 4-pack and the matching/co-ordinating 4-pack of surface mounting kits. Lights arrived one day, with damaged package and one light damaged. The next day a 2 pack of mounting kits arrived. I'm honestly not sure if correct kit for the lights. The end. We still have no more mounting kits. I filled out your form for help and have no response yet. I have not tried calling yet but most businesses seem to prefer handling issues online if possible.

Customer service phone rep was very courteous & helpful as I tried to determine the brand, style, & size of appropriate bulbs I needed to replace
LIGHTS ARE WONDERFUL. WE INSTALLED FOR A CUSTOMER IN THIER COMMERCIAL KITCHEN. THEY LOVED THEM THE MINUTE THEY SAW THEM. CUSTOMER REQUESTED THE SAME LIGHTS BE INSTALLED THROUGH OUT THE ENTIRE ESTBLISHMENT. WITH THE COLOR CHANGE ABILITY THEY CAN BE TAILORED TO FIT ANY APPLICATION.
Overall the experience was seamless, however the shop light was damaged. I kept it because it was a shop light and dod not want the hassle of sending it back
