Easy delivery and Arrived on time no complications
I ordered 5 ceiling lights because the instructions showed they could be surface mounted. However upon their arrival they did not come with any hardware for mounting. It said nothing on the website or instructions stating anything else was needed for install. Contacted customer service and I was told I would have to purchase additional hardware, when I wanted to return them, you have to pay for shipping back plus a restocking fee!?!
Really? So consumer pays because you do not list the item correctly.

I needed to replace an old model LED recessed light for my kitchen. Couldn't find the exact replacement so took a chance ordering a similar light I hoped would work from LightUp. Unfortunately, it didn't. My mistake not theirs. Customer service called me back fast and handled my return no problem.
Ordered some lights, one was bad i wanted to exchange, but dont answer e-mails, don't answer the phone. They tell you to leave a message, i left 3 of them, but they never call you back, not worth it. Buy at a better company.
