They have a good selection of items at a fair price. Items are shipped in a reasonable amount of time. The clothing graphics could be better on some, but you get what you pay for. It's fine if basic graphic, anything more complicated doesn't look good.
The products are all true to the appearance online. What is needed is more information on the materials in the products. An example is I ordered two coats. When they came, they looked great but they were too light and didn't provide sufficient warmth. If I knew that were not cotton, I would not have ordered them.
Everything was just as I expected. I gave it a four only because it did take a little longer than expected to get here. The quality is good, the sizing is correct, and the items are just as they are described.
Was promised potential arrival on Dec. 21. Today is the 22nd the item hasn't shipped. Won't be using the site again, I can't stand misleading promises.

2 of the 3 items I ordered are the correct size. One which recommended a "Medium" for my US size was WAY too small. Need to reevaluate the size chart on this one. Had to donate it.
There have been a number of instances where shipping was either free or I paid it with my order then, when the package arrives the USPS charges a postage fee because the postage on the package is fraudulent.
I was skeptical at first so my first order was relatively small. Then I was pleased with the amount of communication I received regarding my shipping status. Then my order arrived. Faster then I expected. Phenomenal quality! Sizes all true! My next order was huge! Received the same type of treatment with current information about status of my order. I'm a lifelong customer now!
I paid for items via PayPal and they debited the money but no order was made. Items still remain in cart as if unpaid. There is no way to contact anyone. The entire business is a SCAM

I ordered items 10 days before Christmas and just to be safe paid the $25 (extra) ship fee to get a 3-5 day delivery only to find out my delivery date is after Christmas.

Their site is easy to use, they take PayPal and orders are delivered pretty quickly. I've only had one issue with the size of an item and they quickly responded and it was resolved with no hassle.

I bought a bomber jacket and a black sweater. The garments are well cut and are identical to the images on the website. The shipment has been correct. I am satisfied with the purchase.
As said last time, I am happy with most of the ordered articles but, e.g. if I need a T-shirt or articles like this is it needed to order the next bigger size like usually a - L - in those cases it´s better to order size - XL - my experience. In my case I live in the country side and have a mailbox but the delivery to the postoffice is not possible and I ask myself why not, instead I receive a telcall from a person that they have a parcel for me and we need to meet eachother at a supermarket entrance or a gasolinastation in the town I mentioned to deliver. This is - so far - the only negative point to tell.

Since I ordered form LITB have been always happy after I found out that the size of the items e.g. shirts need a number bigger than normal e.g. Iusually us the size X but, in those cases is needed XL also for shoes instaed of 44 use 45 and they fit. Will continue order for my Novia and myself.

I purchased Christmas decorations from Lightinthebox. I was given a range for the date to arrive. It took 3 weeks and the products were crushed into a box. The decorations were nothing like the pictures. They were cheap, trashy looking and were made poorly. Since they were crushed into a box, I spent 15 min trying to make one of 8 of them look decent. Honestly, there was nothing you could do to make cheap, trashy items look good. I decided to return and found out I had to pay for them to be returned to China! They quoted $10-40 to return. It cost me $90. After filling out the international forms, paying this amount, I had to spend 30 min trying to figure out how to provide Lightinthebox with the receipt and shipping tracking number (a requirement by them). I am not sure it was wise for me to spend more money to get my refund but I was curious if I would receive my $235 refund.

I placed an order in good faith, one of several. I received order confirmation. I received payment confirmation (from LitB AND my Cdn bank. I received status information. All reasonable. THEN I received an e-mail that made/makes absolutely no sense. It was notice that my order was cancelled due to "lack of payment verification". Now they claim they cannot retrieve the order and have already initiated the "refund" process. After 3 attempts to find out what happened, only to receive repeated reassurances that my "refund" was in process. Good. Because once/if I receive the refund I will not attempt to order again. LitB cannot be trusted. They received payment. They confirmed that. They are refunding me (supposedly), within the next 45 days. They cancelled the order, claiming lack of payment verification. But they are refunding me... BUYER BEWARE. No order in progress. Sale item opportunities gone. Money withdrawn from my account same day. Good way to get a 45-day loan (or gift) of your money and do nothing. I won't risk ordering again. If this happened to me, it will happen to you, when you least expect it. Untrustworthy. Dishonourable.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
