I ordered four pair of same size shoes at the same time. They all came in a same package.
One out of the four pairs was too tight. Tried to send that pair back soon after receiving, but, unable to complete; after filling out the online return info, clicking the submit button went nowhere. Tried it several times, no result. I tried the process again on another device, same thing - hitting the "submit" button did not do anything.
Now I am out of town, trying again. Went on the website, clicked on forgot my password. It says an email was sent, but, nothing came, not even in junk mail.
Totally unsatisfactory experience!
I bought two dresses in different sizes to return one,pachage didn't include return form,spent a lot of time looking how to return,got frustrated ant time passed.Two month from arriving still triying to return,don't find the way.
Products I have ordered are at great pricing, shipping is easily tracked along the way from start to finish.

Products generally fit well and stylish. Have had many compliments on the items ordered. I LIKE Light in the Box!

I ordered 2 gowns from this site. Apparently I did not read carefully. I ordered 2 sizes since I wasn't sure which size would fit. These were straight sizes… not custom measurements. Between not fitting and the smell I contacted customer service via email this took a lot of time, filling out information, attaching picture of gown, explaining issues. I did this as soon as I received the dresses as there is a short window of time? 7 days from delivery to your home and delivery must be confirmed before returns can be made) Since I got two identical dresses I was " out the money" which was $359.00
The gowns had a distinct order to them Read the fine print before spending your hard earned money with this company. I could not locate a phone number to speak to a live person either. Buyer beware. This was a dress for my son's wedding.

I've enjoyed buying sale items at their site, gives me a chance to try and find out if I like their items, many have proved to be beautiful items, others not so nice, but sizing is usually accurate to their measurement charts. They have a large range of specialty items, have been pleasantly surprised with many of them. Some I'd like to give as gifts, but toys, that are in boxes and sent in bags have gotten squished, but luckily still work. Boxed items, should be in a sturdy box as I've had some of those collapse and squish the item in the box as well, then they aren't looking quite good enough to give as a gift. Otherwise, I'm quite happy with the shipping and communications and tracking of item. Thanks, keep up the good work!
I have ordered several items from LightIn TheBox. They have always fit perfect and the quality is Great. I will continue to purchase items from this business.
Placed order 1/4/2024, today is 1/26/2024 and they say they're "processing my order". I have inquired several times asking why they took payment but did not ship my order. They keep moving the date then still don't ship the order. Now they emailed saying one of my items is no longer in stock and want me to pick something else! It's simple, if you're not going to send what I paid for then refund me! I get no response from them. My next move is to dispute this with PayPal or my bank to get my money back.

Light in the Box always responds to bad reviews with the exact same response but does not actually make any attempts to resolve issues.
The latest information on this is that the "DO" have this item but have raised the price by 475%. If I am willing to pay $172.99 for the same item, they advertised at $37.99 then suddenly they have it in stock.

Delivery takes a bit, understandable though. Marked down prices excellent, kinda makes up for the shipping cost. Some products are of lesser quality. If I was a women, I'd have a hay day on this site.

I tried to return a couple of items I ordered because they are defective and customer service not only tried to blame about the problem but offered me pathetic solutions.
We aware that they don't have a warehouse in they US and you will have to pay for the shipping of any returning item.
Also, they have a despotic attitude when they talk to you.

Il 4 pezzo è invece diverso sia nel colore che x la lunghezza (si tratta di extension capelli) penso abbiano inviato un prodotto diverso. Volevo rimandarlo indietro ma avendolo pagato veramente poco ho accettato un piccolo credito, mi è dispiaciuto molto perchè penso che se avessero inviato il prodotto giusto sarei stata molto soddisfatta
I received products good material, some size issue try to reach customer service by email. Very slow feed back for refund. I submitted for return request but they says it will take 30 days to process. Size of one dress is smaller then mention on website also color of dress is darker then shows on web picture, return policy is not good.
My Wife and I have bought a wide variety of products and clothing from LITB. A few things were very low quality as far as sizes but 80% have been great. If something is too small we find someone for whom it fits or we donate. My wife has several dresses that she adores from litb and I have several shirts and exercise clothing. Word of advice...Always read the size chart.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
