Stay away from this online business. It's just terrible. Their products are $#*!, and once you get them you're stuck. For a refund you have to ship the product back to China and pay for the whole thing - which doesn't make sense given the prices of what they're selling. Stick to Amazon.
I ordered two smart watches on two different occasions and both watches arrived before the estimated date. I and my wife love our watches and were really happy and surprised they arrived so quickly. They work great and look great.
An article came to me that was broken. Intried to get a rechange for the artikel and they gave me, after trying, a 70% discount on the artikel but only if I went for the $10 offer or $15 on an article. Not to my happiness.

I love shopping at LITB. I've placed over 35 orders with several items per order since July 2023. They have a great selection of items from hardware, shoes, clothing, etc. The quality of clothing is very good. The quality of other items as well is very good. Sizing is sometimes difficult as I can order anywhere from a small to a XXL. Therefore, use the sizing chart. The Customer Service is excellent. They go beyond for the customer. Returns are easy, but I haven't had to do it yet, but they are most helpful if you do want to return something. Any issues I have had, Customer Service has resolved it within usually a day or 2 and sometimes immediately. The Customer Service is crucial as if you don't have good to excellent customer service than the customer isn't likely to continue shopping with that store or not trust it. So, I can only say excellent things about it. Again, I love their clothing and other items, prices, quality, shipping and delivery, flash deals, and their customer service. I highly recommend shopping at LITB.
I'm very satisfied with the Customer Service that LITB provides. They respond quickly to an issue and have thus far always provided a very satisfactory resolution to any issue.
I do like their products. I've placed over 25 orders with a minimum of 4 to 14 items per order.
The only thing is that when purchasing clothing, you have to be very aware to the size chart. I've purchased dresses and tops ranging from Medium to 2XL. So, be sure to use the chart. Their Customer Service has been excellent and hope it remains that way. Also, they have very good prices, you get points for reviews, and some of their items are very unique and something I wouldn't think of until seeing it advertised on the site.
The shirts were high quality, fit well and iron very nicely. Decidedly worth the money.
Ordered items, using a slightly bigger size than usually wear, none of which worked and were too small. Took a while to locate where returns could be made. Was basically told it had been too long (it hadn'tsince order arrived and could be returned. Finally received an email and given vague and told I could return strange address overseas, etc. I won't be ordering anything further from this company - at all.

I have been ordering from lightinthebox over a year now and never had any problems with my orders and will continue to do so, when ever i had to contact them verry quick respons im a verry satisfied customer i love this company,thank you verry much.
Like all ways when i order any items never had any problems love your system and company there great quality on all items, and shipping is great pricing and all persinal.
I've ordered about 10 times from these guys. The bike jersey's, shorts, novelty items, ear buds, holiday decorations, etc. all came in as described on their web page. The only catch is you have to wait for the stuff longer than week. I usually get my stuff in about 8-10 days, but given the prices and the quality it's worth it.
Purchased drawstring sweats and while shipping was slow they did deliver. The only problem was the drawstring was missing. Nice quality but the missing drawstring makes them unusable. I reached out to seller (light in the box) but got no response.
I've used LightInTheBox several times in the past, and this time I was not satisfied with the material of the t-shirt.

The chair arm covers are great. They fit around the arm and stay in place.
I have several orders being processed...very slowly. Updates are given, but that doesn't tell me much.
One order is delayed 2-3 weeks which could be a problem since I need to ship it overseas.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
