Bought a kitchen faucet some years ago, Great quality. Worked flawless for over 10 years, decent thickness and great quality steel and chromingand ceramic bearing. Bought an other one a few weeks ago. Very thin! Connection from neck to base loose and just overall very mediocre.
Asked to return it, got three options a few days later. Keep it with a discount, keep it with a larger amount of cashback to re-use on lightinthebox or return it to China. Knew sending would cost me approx €35,-. Opted for this last option, because would have the most amount left over and I do not trust to install this mediocre quality of faucet. Got the full amount back and didn't have to return the faucet in the end.

I ordered 2 women's dresses but then I cancelled one of them and it was really easy to do that. Light in the box responded very quickly and cancelled on of my order. The one dress i kept is really very beautiful and is as nice as the picture. It fitted me nice and I am very glad. I am going ti wear that dress at Grand hotel on my borther's birthday party:-))
Although I initially had doubts, how good could the products be when so cheap? Everything I received was as described, good quality and finish, all fitted well and the order arrived in the days predicted. The postage was a bit steep but when divided across the items it worked out 3 euros per, still a great deal cheaper than buying anything similar locally, so worth it.
