I have paid CAN$21.00 for shipping costs for my order and now that my order has arrived, I receive a text from DHL that I should pay an extra $20 for shipping and delivery costs! I find this absurd! Why am I paying over $40 just for shipping?
I placed an order on 2/5 and they are still processing it. Im very unhappy with their customer service especially since they don't even have a phone number to call. The estimated ship date was supposed to be 2/28 and they still haven't shipped it. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Will never order from these crooks again!

Because of this I am unable to start a ticket to make a complaint. I have several items that I was considering buying, but will not if I cannot get satisfaction... it's not too much to ask to have a customer service phone number.
2/29 update, got an email from the company saying that the order had been shipped and that their 10-20 business days equalled up to 28 days shipping. They did offer a refund of less than 1/2 of what I paid after they took out the UPS shipping fee. I declined the offer, but am still upset that they have no customer service number to resolve issues quicker.
The prices are good, you need to decide if its worth the wait and lack of customer service.
I ordered 2 rolls of 3d wallpaper £27 each paid by card then DHL wanted a payment of £21 to deliver it but no mention of this when I paid for the two rolls

I would never order anything again from Light In the Box. Twice I've been completely ripped off! Perhaps the second time was my fault for trusting this company a second time. But never again. The first time I ordered a dress. When it arrived, it was not only NOT my size (even though I paid extra to have it made to my measurements), but the fabric was covered in grey and yellow grease stains. When I contacted the company, they sent me a picture of a (different!) dress and told me that was how it looked when it left their factory. The second time, I ordered a phone cover. After TWO months, and still had not received it, I asked for a refund. 7 messages later, I threatened to turn them over to the fraud department of my credit card company and then they gave me a credit back. And now, they totally spam the crap out of my email box. Even after clicking on "Unsubscribe", I still receive 3-6 emails a day. What a horrible company. Also, most of the "5 star" reviews are fake reviews. You can tell by the similar typos and grammar mistakes. Lastly, the sizing is totally wrong. It is NOT true to size no matter what country you are in (with the possible exception of inside China where this company is located).
Purchased from their website with an additional $68 for express delivery. Ment to be 3_4 days 16 days later im still waiting for my invitation card I bough to arrive. Not only they haven't sent my item. They have also lied about the item number of times. Would never recommend. Buy from eBay or any other store but please stay away from this guys as if anything goes wrong with your order you have no chance
Almost a month and no product. No way to contact them. They spammed my email so much I clicked unsubscribe only to find that this is how they lock into your email address. No being spammed daily.

Do not use this company. I ordered a jacket on 23rd Jan and paid extra (about £14) for 3-5 day shipping, I didn't realise it was a China based company, thought is was American because it was advertised is US dollars. Now when I log in to see where my order is it says it won't be shipped until 3rd March! I can't find anyway to complain about this. Last week I got a call from my credit card company to say my card has been compromised online and I believe it is this company. Complete and utter scam. I guess when or if the jacket ever turns up I will have to pay extra taxes and it will be poor quality. Terrible rip off company, shouldn't get away with it - daylight robbery!
No news, silence and no way to join them. It's almost one month and I receive one item which was different from what I ask like a cheap version but I still didn't receive the other items. Almost 100$ Wasted. I wanted to try but I'm so disapointed this website is lies lies and lies. No phone costumer service. It's a really awful website. Never command on this website it's losing money. It should be closed.
I ordered a Santic jersey a month ago. When i click on the tracking it tells me absolutely nothing. They claim it takes 6-8 business days for delivery, it has been about 20 now. I still have not gotten my package. They don't have a customer service phone number probably because they don't know how to handle all of the complaints. I will NEVER AGAIN by from them. Unless you like the headache and don't mind poor customer service and can wait over two months for your order, by all means take that chance!
I purchased a quadcopter for my son for christmas. Not knowing i had to go buy a European adapter to cgarge it i did. After opening the package and charging it we found out one of the propellers wasn't spinning like the others. I emailed bexause you cant call because they have no phone number. After 2 months of broken promisses the sent telling me a replacement is on the way and never showed up. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF AND I AM SEEKING A LAWYER NOW. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER
Purchased a phone which stopped working. Posted it back at extra expense. They informed me I would get a partial refund within 7/25 working days. That was Oct 31 2015 today 8th Feb 2016 no sign of refund. No way to contact this company when something goes wrong. Out of pocket 140 Would give no star but you have to give one
Update on May 6 2017. I notice my review has been seen by thousands of people. I hope they didn't buy from this faceless flawed company I would take pleasure in knowing I had saved a lot of people a lot of trouble and lots of money. I never got a refund after everything and I would never buy again online from a company in China that would be my advice to any one of you especially if you live outside China. I live in Europe and this was my experience.
I ordered two dog collars 1/3/16. Their tracking system says it was delivered. IT WAS NOT. I have sent two emails to the company and sent in a request on their website but no reply a month later. They took my money but did not deliver. BUYER BEWARE. BBB is my next email to stop them from doing business. See the other complaints on-line when you query this business.
I wrote to the BBB and they transferred me to their West Coast office. Here is their reply: "I have received your complaint and found this business (LITB) is headquartered in China, we cannot process a complaint outside the US. I wanted to touch base with you and give you a resource where you can still file a complaint. We encourage you to file with Econsumer at www.econsumer.gov, for they are a government agency that can advise you on your complaint."
Somehow, somewhere, someone was watching my post about going to the BBB about LITB. I wrote to the BBB on 2/7/16. My daughter texted me and she received the order on 2/8/16. Was that luck, a coincidence, planned, etc.? I don't know but I have my order. Maybe it would take a lot of us angry customers to file a complaint with the BBB to get this company to do the right thing by the customer.

I was disapponted to get a bill for $14.20 for duties a couple months after getting some towel holders. I did not feel they clearly stated the duties would be on me. I asked for them to pay but they refused.
I ordered a small, inexpensive item (THANKFULLY) and it never showed up. As it was, it said it was coming within 20-25 business days and I wanted it in time for Christmas. There is no contact information on the website so I couldn't even complain to them. I would NEVER risk ordering anything else from them. They also send about 3-4 e-mails a day.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
