If I could review in negative numbers, I would! Item ordered in early February. Seemingly wasn't even dispatched until ONE MONTH LATER (despite being supposedly in stock according to website when ordered)! Still not received (now end of March). Allegedly tracked, but tracking information stops at (purported) date of dispatch. Very difficult to contact Customer Services. Stay away!
We ordered 3 dresses, two were in stock and could be shipped in 24 hours. Light in the box refuses to ship them "to save me money" How $#*!ed is that, when I need the dresses for an event. The 3rd dress will not arrive until 12 days after the event. We have been trying for 4 days to get them to ship the two in stock dresses but you cannot call them or talk to a person.

I cannot recommend Light in the Box at all.
Their delivery times are the longest I have experienced for any online retailer: 20 working days (though promised between 10 and 20). When product arrived, it was not as advertised.
Two months after receiving the order, my bank tells me an online retailer has compromised my details. As Light In The Box is one of only three online retailers I have shopped from in the last several months, I asked their customer service team to remove my details as a precaution. I asked this of them nearly three weeks ago and they have yet to do so.
Their customer service is extremely slow to respond and impolite. I will certainly not be using this retailer ever again.

5 Watch Batteries ordered in Feb 2016. Still not received one month later, although they were quick enough to take the money.
These batteries fit in an envelope, and even coming from US shouldn't take this long!
I bought a union jack duvet set from them, which ironically came from overseas. I was charged £23 duty on top of the £65 I had paid for the item and Light in the box didn't warn me of this payment or refund it.

Never use this site! Be careful never buy anything. I have tried to buy above 800 dress. They immediately deducted the money from credit card, but refused to send the items because of payment verification. I cancelled the order, it is now more then one month. They never returned the money.

Just think of the hundreds of prospective inspectors you could have screwed had you only satisfied me and my orders! I will make it one of my personal projects to inform everyone I can, through daily online blogs, inspector schools, and any internet review site available, what a total piece of crap your company and your products are. I will not rest until I am assured that your company has lost at least one thousand times the amount of money you stole from me!
I ordered a pair of dance sneakers but they won't work for ballroom dance because the sole have a rubber bottom that acts like suction cups. I wanted to return them and my receipt said to go to my order and contact customer service from the order page. This was impossible to do as there wasn't an icon and when I touched the customer service section nothing would come up. Additionally they don't have a phone number for you to call. So I'm stuck with the shoes

I bought several items at miniinthebox over the course of several months.
Their items proved to be of very poor quality and broke after few times of use.
I bought:
- 5 x micro SD cards: 2 of them did not work.
- A torch light: wrong item description and it broke after 2 times I used it.
- Toothbrush heads for an electric toothbrush: the brushes were getting loose inside your mouth during use.
- Camera screen protector: upon removal it irreparably damaged the screen of the camera.
I was promised a coupon of 8 euro. When I was given only 2.84 euro and asked what happened to the remaining 5.16 euro, I was told by the customer support lead that I was complaining too much.
This store is very bad and I will never order anything from them anymore.
It really gives an infamous reputation to Chinese made products.
Stupidly bought a projector. Got landed with a bill of £40.00 from UPS. Projector is totally useless. Cannot project an image 2 feet. Unit is very cheap and its ended up costing me almost the same price as a decent epson projector from currys.
Lesson learned. Stick with quality brands.

Do not EVER buy from this site! It has been over a month since i have ordered and i STILL have not received my package! I am a patient person but this is just getting ridiculous! Now I'm pissed and will never buy from this site again. And since it's coming from china i cannot track my package. So now I'm left thinking where it is! Did it get stolen out of my mailbox or is it their fault? And everyday my day revolves around checking the mail waiting for my package and every day it never comes.

Paid 137 dollars for a split canvas ocean scene. They used a photo to represent this. It turned out to be a painting that looked like the artist was about 6 years old! TOTAL JUNK! Spread the word... NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!

As was the case with another review that I had read on here, I didn't realize that the company ships from Asia until it was too late. I suppose I should have done a little digging first, but the price was good. It's been going on two weeks now and I am still waiting for my order. It wouldn't be a huge deal, but being as there is virtually no way to track the shipment, I have no idea what is happening with my order. Lesson learned I guess. In the future I wll pay the extra few dollars to have something shipped from a company in the U.S. that arrives promptly and provides tracking information. Also, the website claimed to have free shipping, but once I got to the final order page they charged me shipping. Only a few dollars, but "Free Shipping" usually means free shipping.

I ordered a few shirts, under $10 each, and I did receive my order, but it took 5 weeks. The quality is not that great, but this was to be expected, as cheap fabric, poor workmanship and small sizes seems to be a standard for China-made clothing items. Shirts were cheaper than I would have paid here, and the shipping was free but super slow. Not incredibly happy with my order, but not totally disgusted either... MEH is just about right! I don't think I will be shopping there again.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
