Je n'ai que peu d'expérience sur LightintheBox, mais les produits achetés sont très originaux et difficiles à trouver en France. Un site qui propose vraiment de tout, avec une excellente présentation en français, ce qui est rare pour les sites étrangers. Une bonne communication aussi par mail, ce site fait confiance. J'ai eu un délai de livraison très très long, raison pour laquelle j'enlève une étoile. Personnellement, je n'ai pas payé de droits de douane, mes produits étant en dessous de 20 mais je suppose que certains produits plus chers peuvent être taxés lors de leurs entrées sur le territoire français.

I ordered one product and I was fully satisfied. Then I ordered more and my home became high quality equipped, my friends were impressed. Only one thing unexpected, despite that I paid a taxes and shipment insurance, I was charged of additional taxes when the goods were delivered. The WEB site should be more clear regarding this point.
Several items ordered were as pictured but the Midi rings from Love is You were not what I expected. The ring was bonded together so there was no allowance for sizing. It may have been for a baby's finger. Very disappointed. It took 7 weeks to get here and I could not use it!
I have received my dress in an estimated time and in right colour and size
Ordered a dress for my sister's wedding. Was a bit nervous, but had no reason to be. Dress came with the correct measurements (I paid extra for custom measurements to make sure it properly fit), the color was as advertised. Dress made it to my house a day before it was supposed to! I know they say you should be wary of ordering stuff online, but I will be doing business with this site again!
