I have 3 orders that were shipped and I have not received the orders. The time that I have been waiting for my orders are excessively too long. I have paid over $100 for the three orders. I will never order my them. They do not tell you where the products are coming from. If I had known it was coming China I would have not placed an order.
Terrible service! I ordered many things for my son's birthday... well in advance (3 weeks before). Website indicated 5 to 9 days for DELIVERY. After a few weeks, I tried to contact them and cancel order. They did not cancel! Instead they offered me 25% discount ON SHIPPING, they opened a new ticket. I had to cancel 3 times before they would cancel.
I have reported this company to PayPal and my credit card company.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 5 items, I returned some as instructed
£20.00p post Office and light in the box said I had to send back to China, 4 weeks later items arrived back on my doorstep. Light in the box ignored all emails for weeks. Then I was asked for proof, which was sent and pictures send of all the parcel labels plus order numbers, receipts etc.,
A message arrive that the details I sent were void as not enough information. I could not have given more. Then please keep items, they would give 50% off. I do not want the items, I would like my money back. Now silence, this leaves me nearly £100 out of pocket. I am a Pensioner and only ordered for a choice, I did keep one item as planned but how it has cost me. Awful customer services, I have asked repeatedly for an English address to return items they just say send to China. WHAT AGAIN I SAY AND LOSE ANOTHER 20.00 ON TOP OF ALL THE OTHER MONEY THEY OWE ME. Crooks something needs to be done about this sort of retailing

Two sets of outdoor lights arrived quite quickly and were put up in the summer months but not used. One set of lights has now given up after only a few days use. Wrote to ask for a replacement and its only a 30 day window. Will not be buying from them again.

I purchased hair and didn't like the color and wanted to exchange for a different color. LightInTheBox told me that I would have to mail it directly to China at an exsorbant cost which will be more than the product is worth or I could keep it, sell it or give it to a firend, then purchase the new item. In addition, it would not be cost effective to return it. Please save your money and don't get screwed.

I ordered a pant suit for a wedding. It was a standard size like I would order from a reputable clothing site. When I received the item the fit was horrible, and so was the quality. I immediately contacted them and requested a return. They responded by saying it was a MTO or "made to order" item that could not be returned. I did not send personal measurements and was never under the impression that it was made to order. They are scammers as far as I am concerned. I now have a poorly fit outfit that I can't wear and am out over $120. Shame on this company, I have NEVER not been able to return an item that did not fit.

Do not buy-can't return. Large size fits like small size. Fabric is crap. All around terrible decision. Customer service offered me a gift card or a $33.00 refund on a $133.00 purchase. Told me I could keep and resell. Said they are international and this is their policy for all sales. I've learned my lesson again about trusting China. Lowest quality ever. I was so excited waiting for the items to arrive. Now I am so angry that they look nothing like the pictures on their site.

I ordered a $182 order the items I got some didn't have the new brand tag in another words no tag at all. Everything smelled like plastic... Chinese smell. The clothing are smaller than the size I ordered. At this point I wrote an email to send me a return label for my package never heard from them.

Ordered several items. Ordered larger than needed just to be sure they would fit. When received, items were radically smaller than expected and wouldn't fit. I reached out to customer service to request a return/replacement, and the company refused. Horrible company, horrible customer service. If you order from them, you might as well be throwing your dollars in a fireplace and watching them burn.

I placed an order on September 21st from Light In The Box Asia. I received the 6 hooded cardigans on November 4. The sweaters have an odor to them and one of the 6 cardigans was made out of a thinner yarn then the rest. It also did not have a size on it. When I matched it to the cardigans that I ordered in small it was smaller, shorter and had some pulled yarn on it. It looked like it had been stretched. This was suppose to be a medium size. I wanted to return it but to whom? I don't even have an inventory sheet. Just a return address on my box. Very disappointed. The sweater will be going to charity and I am going to need to purchase another hooded cardigan. My only receipt is the one through paypal

I was not able to send it back because 'it was a custom made item'. This was a totally off the rack item. If it was a custom made item why were the pants too long? Shipping was way too expensive. The clothing products are cheaply made and three sizes too small (not according to the size chart). Upon requesting a return, the company demanded measurements of their product, of which I provided. Then they offered a 50% refund of money or a 60% discount on further products. Then they demanded that I return the products to China (when the website is listed as Jamaica, NY). The cost to return products to China is cost prohibitive, and mail service to China is not guaranteed for delivery. This company is another scam that I have experienced once before and will not do again. Research where your products are coming from. And know that the integrity of this company is worthless. Beware.

On Aug 30th I ordered 2 items for a wedding at the end of the month in Sept. I paid $297.08. After 2 weeks I contacted the company and they couldn't find my order but I was charged. I was in a chat with "Fabio!" After further research he sent me an email stating it was being shipped Sept 9th. I still have not received the items and from Sept 9th on this company has refused to respond to my inquiries. They have my money, paid thru PayPal, and I still have not received my items for a wedding back in Sept. I've also reached out to Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau as of yesterday. This company is irresponsible with its customers, rude and unprofessional not to respond and correct this issue. The only correction I will accept at this point is to receive my money back! Ordered cargo shorts for my husband. Standard size for USA. When ordering from a search, it does not tell you it is coming from China. Sizes are way off. Customer service is horrible. Returns to China are expensive and they offer only a 10% refund or exchange at a 20% discount. Don't waste your time and money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
