I ordered from this company because its website insinuates it has a base company in the United States. IT DOES NOT. A month and a half later and still haven't shipped my items. I tried to contact them to just get a refund and I keep getting auto replies with absolutely no help at all. So ORDER AT YOR OWN RISK!
Ridiculously slow freight, still waiting 6 weeks after payment. They must put you on mailing list for scammers phishing sites as since ordering i receive up to 12 emails and txt messages a day trying to get me to invest in scams, pay delivery for non existing phones I've won (yea right) absolute pain in the A**. They told me they have done a mistake and send it with regular AirMail, they gave me rewards in the amount of the delivery cost. ( in the reward that I got there is a requirement to order items with double the amount of the rewards in order to use it). Six weeks! Have passed and I still waiting for the package.

I decided to purchase an order of sportswear on 30th November given their advertised estimated delivery time was between 3 - 7 days. After 5 days I wrote to customer services to enquire about the parcel as I was awaiting it for my neice for her sports event. They wrote back to me and insisted that they had a tracking order number, ran it through the system. Invalid number/order not shipped. Contacted again, same thing. Upheaval of orders but still assured me it was shipped. 15 days later I received a message from customer services telling me my order had not even been shipped and that I had been rewarded credit for my inconveniences. Half of the credit I received (£15.00) can only be spent on on orders over £79.00. This is utterly ridiculous as I only spent £20 in the first place and will be in no way be tempted to make such a big purchase with them again. They were a complete let down. Would not recommend!

I placed an order of almost $300 and paid for the Expedite Service $32.66 for 3-4 business days shipping on 11/01/2020. The packages were not shipped until 11/28/2020. I asked for $32.66 refund that did not show in my bank statement even up to today. After numerous online message back & forth, still no luck. I don't recommend this company. They lied! They do not honor their "Expedite Shipping Service". They also lied about refunding my $32.66 because my bank statement (November and up to today (12/7/2020) does not show they refunded me the $32.66. After posting this review on sitejabber, first timer here, LightInTheBox customer service contacted me and offered me options to deal with delivery issues.
I chose a shipping refund and no free item upon delivery, they offered me a refund and keep free item just to change review(they shouldn't do this), or refund of price and just deny delivery.
Rebecca in customer service also checked on delivery as promised.
Item has arrived within a week not the 3 weeks she said, and all appears good, bulbs are as ordered, all new in box with remotes, quality of item seems fine, will be seen over time.
Yes, they're site needs work and better monitoring in their ticket system, but a genuine effort was made and considering we're half a world away all is well.
I no longer feel scammed as I did below.

I ordered a set of light bulbs on October 27th, was told that item shipped on the 28th, tracking number given, but can't track on their site.
Contacted customer service as items should have taken 10-18 business days, it's now December 14th, still no items, after second contact with customer service all I got back was a copy and paste reply from first initial contact.
Followed their instructed advice tried tracking through local carrier and they have no record of posted item (have not received any item matching this number, please check again later).
At this stage I'm just assuming I've been scammed and won't be using service ever again.
So do yourself a favour use Wish, my wife does and any item she ordered came within a week of expected date, some early.

I ordered one of the optical illusion shirts. The one that came in did not even remotely look like the one in the ad. When I looked into returning it; they said I would have to pay to ship it back to China and implied that it would not be worth it. Stay away from these people if you do not want to get ripped off. The shirt in the attached photo does not have the dots only these weird streaks.

I ordered Men's 3D Graphic T-shirt Long Sleeve Christmas Tops Basic Round Neck Black on 18th November.
I received an email on the 28th November to say it had been shipped, I then received the shirt on 9th December a total of 21 days.
For £18.79 the garment is very poor quality and the image on the front is blurred.

Be very careful when buying from this company, I bought a hiking jacket from them I followed the measuring chart exact, the jacket is too small. They offered me a 20% discount to purchase another one, they know it will cost a lot of money to return anything to China so you will be stuck with whatever you buy, I paid $136.00 they suggest I sell it at a second hand store.

I ordered 3 shirts. Took almost 3 weeks to arrive and came in two separate packages, several days apart. Ordered standard medium size. Two shirts were clearly large and unsuitable to be worn. Other shirt was so small that had difficulty buttoning it. Immediately emailed company. Company says that shirts must be returned to CHINA at my expense and suggested that I donate them since shipping cost will equal cost of shirts and I could receive a partial credit for future purchases. I bought my dad a cycling set on 11/11 and have yet to even recieve an order or tracking number (13 days later) When ordering, I put the wrong address and they were able to fix that right away but still never heard back from them ever since. So don't order from here unless you want to wonder where your package is at for the next atleast 2 weeks, until who knows how long. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
