I ordered clothes from lightinthebox. When the orders finally arrived the items were such trash and way too small. I've tried to reach them on many occasions but I've been ghosted. I'm contacting the BBB, sitejabber etc., the New York State Attorney General's office, my bank and anyone else I can think of. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I've been dealing with Light in the Box for a long time and have found them to be a great company, their products always arrive on time an the products are of good quality.
If I had an order number I would put it in but they didn't furnish me with one. There was no confirmation email, no returns slip or returns information on the bag. Admittedly the item was sent to me but it was not the same as the photograph, it wasn't the same colourwise, and the item did not fit.
You cannot get in touch with the this company.

$80. For nothing! They arrived quickly but then the bummer began. On each one the side of neckline was noticeably wider than other side, the armholes were different from each other. They were too loose and baggy as if made for someone a foot taller, it was crazy. I liked the loose fit dress but then sleeves were so tight I thought they would rip! I'm a size medium but I gave it to my friend who is a size 2! I couldnt find the return tag in bag or online order which is maybe my bad and i was having some personal hectic times and couldnt mail them back right away. I think the worst was the order was supposed to be under $50. But my credit card was charged $100.! But then showed a $20. Credit. My Old Navy order was perfect in size, style, material and fit and a lot less for same amount!

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
