I ordered some shirts from LITB and when they arrived they looked nothing like the photos. The pattern was blurry and faded... it looked like someone printed an out of focus iron on with their home printer.
I contacted them to express my dissatisfaction. I was told that I would have to pay for return shipping to CHINA before they would consider refunding my money. Why is it my responsibility to pay to return your garbage. They know this costs the consumer more than the price of the product so this is how they rip you off. Send garbage, then make it impossible to get a refund. I have contacted the BBB... these jerks need to be out of business.

Absolutely keep well away from this firm. I have tried and tried to return an order which was unsuitable for me and I have been given a real run around.
This company is very unfair when it comes to trying to return goods for a credit.
According to our customer trade here in NZ we should be able to return goods which are not fit for purpose. They want photos of why, you provide those than it's something else again

This is a gamble if you happy and it works. But I order 2 sizes bigger as I knew the were going to be smaller then they say. Still two sizes to small. Cost of shipping back return is at least half of what you will have pay for you clothing. Future credit is only 10% (taking a second chance is just going to lose you more money. Buy somewhere else's.

This site is garbage. The dresses are not the same as advertised! Fast shipping but I was thoroughly disappointed in what I received. SCAM site buy at your own risk…straight in the garbage it goes

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
