I purchased a wedding dress, with custom measurements. Not only did they make the dress in the wrong size, IT'S NOT EVEN THE DRESS I ORDERED. I have spent the last 3 days going back and forth with them via email for a return and refund. With no avail. They have asked me to send my measurements multiple times. I sent the pictures below confirming that it's not even the right dress, and they are still pushing that the dress in not returnable. OBSURD! I paid $200 for custom fitting for a specific dress. You send the wrong dress in the wrong measurements and still won't refund my money or accept the dress for return even though it's YOUR company fault! Please do NOT order from this site!

Placing my order was pretty simple. My order arrived on time with no hassle. The items I got mostly looked like what I ordered with the exception of one jacket, the color was a little lighter than advertised but that was no problem because it's still a very pretty color. The jackets themselves all run a little small, only thing I wish I knew before ordering, but other than that they fit and look lovely on me which is all I care about and that they keep me warm! I will definitely order more things from Light in the Box in the future!
Too bad, I ordered 4 items and I only received 2 and one was fine, the other was super short, the other 2 are still waiting until now, I had to ask what was going on. I think if they don't have the product they should let me know.

We love our new jewelry! We had to be patient for it to get here, but worth the wait.
Half of the clothes are too big or too small. All with the same size? Damage to items inside the Main shipping box were broken and just Throwing inside with NO concern. We are trying to send items back but what a nightmare. Absolutely no help even if they say so. Tain't my thoughts of ordering again.
