I expected these all to be really cheaply made products but have been pleasantly surprised. Returns are easy to do and they keep you up to date on the shipping. It takes a little longer but you can't beat the pricing.

The items arrived promptly pricing good quality decent for the mens shirts. Ladies? Badly sized, poorly made, and useless. Subsequent to my comment, LitB contacted me personally and stood behind their product by giving me a refund for the items with which i was not happy. Outstanding customer service

I thought the product image was not a true representation of the product I received. I explained this to Customer Service and provided images to make my case. My LightInTheBox account was credited with the full amount within 48 hours thereof and I opted to initiate a withdrawal (back to the original Credit Card) which takes 3 - 4 business days. Also, I have been informed that I may keep the product. I must say, Customer Service has been Top Notch.

The quality of the product I ordered was great. The product shipped quickly and arrived safely. However, I had to do a custom sizing order due to the fact that their standard sizing is very different than most clothing shops. The outfit fits well and is good quality, however, the placement of the zipper and the fact that it is all one piece will not allow me to get in and out of it without help. It's not because it's too tight, it is very much about the placement of the zipper. I purchased this outfit for a MOB dress for my daughter's wedding and I really don't want to have to have a bathroom buddy every time I need to use the bathroom. It is non-refundable because it was a special order sizing item. So now I have found an alternate outfit at a different store and have lost the cost of this outfit. I have attempted to contact to get a partial refund or even a credit would be great, but finding contact info for LITB is very difficult.
Light in the Box, like Cotosen, is a Chinese company that manufactures $#*!! Wake up people. The Chinese are masters at making pretty pictures on the internet(bait) and then their slave laborers create garbage to ship out to moron westerners who haven't figured out how the world works. Wake up and stop sending money to China. Buy American and have a MAGA day ;)

I ordered some Bike accessories which looked good and were reasonably priced. I have still not received them after more than 2 months. Allegedly, they have arrived in country but have not been transferred to the local courier. In spite of numerous emails to their customer service, I have been met with some nice sounding words for my plight, but no meaningful attempts to resolve the delivery. I have asked for my money to be refunded on three occasions, each of which has been ignored by their customer service
As I cannot trust their delivery of service of problems that arise, I will not be using them again and cannot recommend them.
Following my review being lodged on this site, Light in the Box contacted me, and we have now resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

Bought a dress, color stated as "white" and wow I've never seen such a bright white dress before, looks cheap, and it doesn't fit. I ordered it as a guest so I downloaded app and cannot find order, they asked for order number, receipt of payment, shipping address etc, all this was submitted twice and still have not heard back if they received it. Again there is no one to speak to to get this taken care of, dress was not cheap and I can't afford to just let this go, would NOT recommend ordering anything from this place unless you can absorb cost if you don't want it.

I needed to return shirt. I ordered a small and it was too big. The return process was horrible. They only offered a partial refund. To send it back was going to be more than purchase.They would not help with shipping. They gave me $7 and I paid 38 total. Buyers beware, don't order from this company.

On the upside, I have now been reimbursed by Megha, so that is helpful. My reviews still are not on their site, though, so just be aware that even if an item has a 5 star rating, chances are good that any negative reviews have been removed by the business.
I ordered two tops from Light in the Box online, and both were very poor quality. One is so bad that the fabric is actually stamped with 3 large black B's in ink (2 in the front, one in the back), it's too big, and the fabric feels like the material they make parachutes out of. With that damage, I cannot even give this away. The other came with a modified collar of poor quality that they effectively have blurred on their website images so that you cannot see it. While the quality was poor on that one as well, I will try to give it to one of my neighbour's kids, but I certainly would not wear it. I left a review on their site, but as noted by someone else, they appear to remove any reviews that are not at least 3 stars, so mine is not there. I will reconsider my review if they provide a complete refund in a timely manner.

Product was not as pictured, the fabric was poor quality. Trying to return the product was a nightmare. With each email from me, I received an email offering a discount for a future purchase. After stating over and over that I wanted a refund, I was told that there is NO Return Label and it was up to me to return the product which would cost $10-$40. Here is part of the company's email. We're sorry that you want to return the product. Sorry that we don't have the return label, please return it to our Asia warehouse by the cheapest tracking service in the post office. Usually, it costs $10-$40, and it takes 2-4 weeks for delivery. The refund will be issued once we receive it and pass the quality check. Buyer beware.

I have purchased three dresses, two shirts, and some blouses from Light in The Box. I have been very pleased with the clothing plus the service. Even though I have to wait a while for shipping, the items are worth the wait. I high recommend this company.
This is a scam company they took my money I order 2 items they only sent one and told me the address was wrong, so this is why I didn't the second. Is because the address was wrong. Question is why did receive the pants and not the shirt. It's the same address then they tried to act like it was my fault and only send me half my money back 33$ They will take your money.

Good deals, true to size. I brought 3 pairs of sandals all fit perfectly. Good packaging and came in short time frame. Such a great selection.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
