I got the order nice packed, the jewelries looked better than in reality.
The shipping takes long, more than Amazon, but it is fine for me.

I've recently ordered many shirts from LightInTheBox and, surprisingly, I've had good results. The shirts are the same quality as most of the on-line sites from which I'd previously ordered. My only critiques would be that the pictures of the products should include a front and back view of the printed shirts. Solids wouldn't be an issue unless they're not 100% the same color. The only issue that I've had with the shipping was with the processing of the second of three orders. It was delayed and, due to a size adjustment, I didn't want to acquire additional items on sale until I tried out the different size. I still added an additional order, just in case, but should've ordered more. Turns out that the sizing is a "true fit" for each product that I've ordered, unlike some other clothing sites that promise a "true fit." As a person who has recently lost a sufficient amount of weight, sizing is important - you don't want it too loose or too tight. Luckily the 1st order was only 2 shirts.
I'm not exactly sure which order this was as I have made several orders so far. The items arrive in a timely manner (usually within two weeks) and are well packaged. I've been very happy with the purchases I made.
Shopping with Lightinthebox has been a continuous rewarding experience. Each Order is treated as special. From the order is placed until it is received you are kept informed. Also, a review of your order is requested, they want to hear if you are satisfied or dissatisfied. That to me is very good customer service.
The cost listed for all their products are very affordable and most times are of good quality. I have no regrets shopping with this Company. I have always recommends it to my colleagues.

Shipping was fast all items were nice. I ordered one top too big reviews were go up a size a little too big. Other than that everything was great anklet was a bit tight but I fixed and absolutely love it. I just wish there was free shipping on larger orders.

I ordered a jumpsuit that was the quality of a costume. It was so see through and of VERY poor quality. I requested a return and sent in the required information. I received an email that my return would be reviewed. It's been a month and I have heard nothing. Seventy bucks down the drain.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
