I've ordered from this company several times and have liked the style of the clothing. The only issue is the shipping is slow and the clothes a lot of times run smaller than the standard size. I will still order from them but read the review of the article of clothing to determine if you should go a size up.
The quality is very good. The large fit me perfectly...I'm short but I wanted them long. Many compliments when I wear them. Will buy from them again when I want something special. I.
I have been shopping at Light in the Box for over a year, and I recommend them for everyone! All the products I have purchased, eg.dresses, bathingsuits, tops, pants; have all been of the best quality and best prices anywhere! All you have to do is follow the size chart provided with every item, and you will be very pleased. I love this online store, and I'm sure you will too!
I have placed several orders with these folks. Many of the items (especially clothing) are unique and ultra colorful. Shirts you just can't get anywhere else. The more you order from them, the more email 'deals' you get offered - many at ridiculously low prices. I highly recommend them. Shipping to the United States does take a few weeks so order well in advance of your need.

Online shopping is a gamble now a days. You never know if the quality, color or design is going to be like the advertised product. I order some items for an upcoming cruise and the quality and workmanship of all the items was better than expected. The colors were bold amd bright. The fit was on excellent and the material was of a nice quality linen. I will be making more purchases in the near future.
When I opened the bag, the sweater looked like it was cut out of a big square piece of materiel. Moreover, the zipper ran all the way down to the middle of the cat's eye which is totally different from the photos. I do not like it.
I order 2 tee shirts and got them both on under 2 weeks. I bought some shirts from another site and waited over 6 months. Super happy
I bought a dress for my sons wedding here, cost over $200. Beautiful dress but it doesn't fit. Would love to exchange it but don't have time, so I tried to return it. This is day two, yesterday they suggested I keep it and get it altered and they would give me a $2 credit. I don't know about you but I don't think a seamstress will alter a dress for 2 bucks even if there was enough seam allowance to do so. Day two they can't take it back for a refund saying I ordered a custom gown which I did not! I ordered a regular size off the rack. Such a horrible way to start a relationship, no wait maybe they're content with one stop shoppers and don't want relationships and loyal customers at all. First and last time ordering from Light in the Box, this is no way to treat customers. Even if they take the dress back at this point I'm done. You get one chance to make a great first impression.

I do like some of the products but I bought a few shirts I couldn't use and i didn't bother returning. I found the material not great and size was not fitting. Also the time it takes to get delivered is a bit longer than usual. But I do like thai products that they offer.
Shopping wit your company is very east and products are acceptable.

I was very wary of the site at first, as we've all heard the stories of other similar businesses. But so far, and after three orders already, I'm quite satisfied. The clothes fit perfectly, the fabrics are nice too. I also ordered a few items and they're of nice quality (an umbrella and a ring). Furthermore, shipping time is very fast, especially considering I live across the globe.
I ordered this shirt for my husband, who's name just happens to be Robert (Bob). It fits him to a t. He absolutely loves it.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
