I have ordered from Light in the Box many times without any trouble. This last time THEY sent me the WRONG top. Then it is very hard to get through to them. They have only a few options, a return, or discounted "coupons" or whatever they call them, where they only give you part of your money. Knowing I'm from Canada, they knew I didn't like what they sent but still did not want to pay to ship it back to them. It's a RIP off, especially when it's their FAULT.

Poor qauilty rubbish. Returns made impossible to find. Address for returns i found through paypal. Sent them back to China. Got stuck in customs because $#*!e in a bag would not except them

Wrong size of shoes we're sending to me and could not return/refund/exchange. Not physical return mailing address provided. I went on its website, followed instructions, and email them. The answer was: order not found.

Love the style and material. Shipping is a bit more than expected. Wait time a few weeks. All in all worth the wait.
If I could give a zero it would be to great for a scam company from China. Linen shirts were polyester not linen. Return policy is a joke. Beware of all companies from China as it seems if you want to be ripped off just buy something from that country. We as the United States should have something in place to protect the citizens against fraud.

Items arrive in great packaging. Most sizes are correct but need to check the sizing charts. You can rack up points for future purchases.

STAY AWAY! FALSE MARKETING! USED CLOTHES WITH SPOTS! NO REFUND!
I ordered a pair of trousers that were marketed as being of beige color. The picture showed them in beige and the fit as regular fit. I received a pair of ugly super-white baggy trousers, in a weird polyester fabric that has the feel of the kind of fabric you would find on the sail of a sailing boat! On top of that I discovered a 4 x 2 inch big yellow spot on the front of the trousers. And all that Light in the Box offers me is a lousy 10% discout on future purchases, instead of refunding me my money back to me. I say no thanks to the 10% discount on future purchases, because there won't be any future purchases from this cheated customer. I would never ever order anything from a company that treats its customers in this disgraceful manner! Stay away from them! They put a pair of used, ugly trousers that do not at all fit the description or the image, without any tags attached ROLLED up in a a careless manner in a pastic bag (not even nicely folded!) and charged me $26 for it. No tags attached to it even. And the big yellow spot is further evidence of that they've sent me a used item. Frankly, if someone would gift me this pair of trousers, I would just throw them in the trash. I wouldn't even consider donating them to a charity. They're just too plain ugly! When offered to click on "accept to keep item and receive 10% discount for future purchases", and rejecting this offer, I was taken to a form in which I was asked to describe why I wanted to return the item, upload a picture of it, and so forth. When clicking on the "submit for review button", nothing happens. It seems to be just a dummy form. There is no way of contacting the company - no phone number and no email. Just a dummy form which takes you nowhere! It wouldn't surprise me if a vast number of all the good reviews here are fake! It's an extremely foolish approach by a business to treat its customers this way. I was planning on purchasing a painting from them for well above $140. But that will of course not happen now. So one could say that I ended up almost $30 poorer because of their dishonesty, but that they lost $130 because of it! Not very smart of them, right?

If you order a nice dress, check the small print. The big print on site touts easy returns. However, A nicer event dress in a Standard size is considered made to order and cannot be returned. This is in much smaller print at the end of the order. "So even the product is in Standard Size, it still belongs to "Made-to-Order" products. ".

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. It' up to you to take the risk.
Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
