I ordered a short sleeve shirt, supposed to have been Cotton, Button Down & patchwork.
What I received was blurred print polyester, not even the right colour.
The company is currently messing me about with the refund.
More & more of this sort of thing is happening when you buy online and these companies think it's funny to rip you off.
It's so much easier to go out and buy in person from a store. At least then you know what you're buying.

On my first order, I was sent the wrong shirt... right size but wrong color. When I asked for a refund, I was offered a discount credit on a future order. I declined and asked again for a full refund. I was then offered a bigger discount on a future order. I declined and again asked for a full refund. Finally, I was told to keep the shirt and was issued a full "credit" that showed up in my account several days later. I have requested that credit be returned to my credit card.
So, customer service was polite, but tried very hard to keep my money. They finally confirmed they are issuing a full refund. I'll know for sure in 3-5 days.
My biggest concern is that my malware app (Malwarebytes) initially BLOCKED access to this website due to "a suspicious top level domain... and that it may contain malicious activity." They "strongly" advised me to NOT continue going to this site and that doing so may be putting my safety at risk. This is a serious issue. And it is the first website I have ever encountered that triggered this malware warning. SO, I am done with this company and I advise others to be very cautious about doing business on this website.

Nice quality on the products for a rather low price
The quality and feel of the fabric is great, very soft and the stitching is well done and straight.
The sizing is on the small side but I will be ordering more.

Returns so difficult I took a voucher which you can only use if your order is double the value of the voucher and pay shipping fees again.

We are very happy with the fleece leggings ordered, good quality. The fit could have been a bit larger but we'll remember this for our next purchase. The leather bag was great, good quality at a can't be beat price. The cat bags were fun if a little small.
Ordered clothes that were "photo" gorgeous online from Light in the Box. When my 2 orders arrived (which took weeks to get and I mean several weeks) the clothes in the packages looked like they were purchased from goodwill and packed up and sent to me! Yucky! The clothes were nothing like the pictures that this company advertises online. Fake and fraudulent company. Buy from companies where you can actually talk to real people and return in a brick and mortar shop!

Products are excellent. Delivery was timely and error free.
Ordered an item for £87 from their website with an additional £20.00 plus an additional £4 for insurance.
The order was placed on 4th September with delivery expected within 1week.
Payment was confirmed on the website and taken from my debit card yet no email confirmation has been received.
Order not showing on my account either.
I emailed Lightinthebox and received an auto-reply suggesting i'd logged into the wrong account and offering troubleshooting tips to resolve, which incidently takes you around the loop with no resolve.
I raised a ticket afterwards through the account that I ordered the item on and still no reply from the company.
If I could have rated it a zero star belive me I would have.
I am a total of £111.19 out of pocket and now not sure if I can get that back.

Good quality products. Arrives to the US about 3 weeks after order is put in.
I purchased 3 dresses from Light in the Box. They were as advertised. They fit according to expectation. The designs were pretty and modern. The colors were Cuban and I have another order coming. I can't wait. I hope this one is as good
The website just does not want you to return items! They rather have you keep the items and give you a partial return than give you a full refund. They need to let customers know up front about this!

Great easy ordering would like faster shipping at a lower cost
I had placed my order on August 30th just to make sure I would get my wedding dress for my October wedding. It came surprisingly much faster and couldn't be happier. It's perfect. Can't wait to wear it in October
I've ordered things 3 times and have not been disappointed at all. Great quality, great designs, great value for the pricing. I'll probably order a few more soon! I even used it for this coming Christmas and her dad

Delivery takes a tad longer but well within expectations.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
