Initially I was very nervous about buying from a company advertised on the Internet so cautiously only purchased a couple of items. I used PayPal to give me more confidence and safety with my money. Then waited for the items to arrive. I was amazed at the speed and efficiency with which my order was handled. Light in the box produced an in-depth account of the progress of my order which I liked and my parcel arrived on time. The items were of good quality fabric and the price was very reasonable. Since placing that order I have purchased many more and can honestly say that I have received the same impeccable service.
I sent in multiple requests with policy copied from their website and the refund was still not approved. They stated the WRONG reason for why it was returned. They stated "Customer's Reason as: no longer needed, bought by mistake, not as expected, changed my mind, etc." and that IS NOT THE REASON I STATED. Then in the next communication, they stated that it was returned for "personal reasons" which is WRONG! It did not fit using their measurements! Then, in the next communication, they stated that the dress was a "made to order" dress, and it was NOT. Their website says there is a "7 Days No Reason Return" but obviously that is misrepresented. I will never purchase from this site again, and I will write as many reviews as I can and tell as many people as I can NOT to purchase from them! It's is a ripoff!
Clothes are of great quality. Even my mom is impressed. But slow shipping. The service rep was very helpful

This all ordered 26.08. And received 15.09. Everything good quality. I recommend. I trust this site, because I order 4 time it all.
The goods were never delivered even tho Lightinabox said they were. There is no way to fight this. I would like my money back

I am very satisfied with the store itself, what I ordered arrived in plenty of time. I had a small problem with the application, but when I indicated it, they quickly provided help and gave me tips on how to solve it. Since then, the app has been working again. Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
