I don't usually shop on line but I have found light in the box a very efficient way to find things at a very good price. The post speed is very acceptable. I like that you can read other buyers comments to check the quality of items and get advice on sizing.

En primer lugar la empresa ha resultado seria y responsable en el servicio que ofrece, a diferencia de otras empresas que se publicitan y cuando se les realiza alguna compra, resultan ser fraudulentas, ya se porque no envían los productos o los que envían son de un valor muy inferior al pagado. Los productos corresponden a lo solicitado, tanto en modelos como en tallas. El tiempo de entrega, aunque es un poco largo, igualmente es el ofrecido al realizar el pedido. Hasta el momento, en las compras realizadas a "LightInTheBox" no tenemos queja alguna.

We have been purchasing from Light-in-the-box for years now; the service is to the highest of standards, but quality control remains a minor issue. For example, the measurements provided in the item description can deviate substantially, the ordered item might not be the received item; but typically the item quality will be good and getting a replacement through CSR is reasonable. Thus, for 5 stars, I would love to see their quality control improve, but I certainly appreciate the direction that this company is headed, and I would order from them again.
My orders were correctly processed, and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Shipping fees were a little high, but I knew that going in.
