Very easy to order. I found the item I was looking for. I called to speak to a LS.Com rep (Josh) prior to ordering. He was very polite and helpful.

I needed a hard-to-find 1600 watt infrared light bulb. I contacted customer service and they found the item right away. I needed six bulbs but there were only four in stock. However, Lighting Supply sent the four right away as I needed three immediately.

Shipping is too expencive

This is the ONLY company that I found the light bulbs I was looking for that offered the correct color temperature that I was looking for. Every where else, only soft white was offered. I wanted Daylight and found them here at LightingSupply.com. I was happy with the price, and they shipped the same day. Ordered on a Friday and received them on Monday. I will most certainly buy from LightingSupply.com again in the future.
