The lightbulbs came in reasonable time, quite quickly actually, and fit our IKEA range hood perfectly.
However, paying practically as much for shipping, on two extremely "light" bulbs, as for the bulbs themselves does rankle me a bit.

These light bulbs are so pretty - they cast streaks of light on the walls, almost like rainbows! They are extraordinary to look at, and add a fine touch to a room that doesn't usually get such treatment!

Surprised at cost of shipping. I had trouble getting back into shopping mode to try to select and view more items.
$8 item with $13.99 shipping so i went ahead and purchased extra ones.
Crystals ended up being too small and had gold hooks instead of what appeared darker in the picture online.

I placed my first order with you on 5/16...It arrived in August.
Everything worked out fine with ordering. We've installed the items into our smoke alarms. They're just fine.
Finding the correct product was great - far better than most online stores - but checkout was a little glitchy: I had to check "ship to a different address", then uncheck it, then check it again in order for the form for the shipping address to load on the page.
Your site is fine, but it is annoying that I have to use an existing email and password if I have ordered from you before. It wastes my time! Change your site to allow guest checkout!
