Good customer service.

Found what I needed at a great price!

It was very good. However, it was annoying to have a large box delivered with a tiny light bulb inside. Perhaps it allows the light bulb to be delivered without damage? I realize that you as the business owner probably know best, but I thought I would bring it up.

Simple process with on-time delivery.

It was great to locate the correct lightbulb on line, as I had difficulty finding it in stores. I did not have difficulty navigating the website. The product I requested was available at the store a little earlier than promised. The price was comparable to other sites I visited. I was pleased that I was notified when bulbs were available for pick up.

This item was easy to locate on the Internet.

Lighting supply had the specific bulb in stock that I needed. These bulbs were not available at local lighting stores, Home Depot or Lowes. They were easily found on the internet and pricing was better than their competitors. I will go to Lighting Supply next time I need bulbs of any type.
