Website difficult to use. Becoming a "customer" took two days...
Still not sure if I ordered the correct bulbs, then add-ons for length of the bulb and shipping make these expensive. Unfortunately feel trapped as I can't find them locally. Arrived broken. Asked for refund.

I could not find the S6 10 Watt 250 Volt bulbs in any of the local big box/Lowes/Home Depot stores. Just what I wanted and great service/delivery.
Used the chat method to confirm if the ballast I found would work in lieu of the one I was looking for. Was told it was a different ballast (duh!), that wasn't the question. Finally got my answer but it was like herding cats...I placed the order only to find it locally for substantially less. I called two hours after placing my order to cancel it, was put on hold for a long time, and then I was told it wasn't picked up by FedEx yet but would be soon I could not cancel it.
It is really easy to find a product and order it! I also appreciated the detailed specifications to help with product selection.

Nice that they have the Elite bulbs in stock. These have been discontinued by the manufacturer, but are really better made than the newer ones.
