So far so good w/ the ordering process. Shipping is a little high - $10 on a $30 order. And this may not be your fault, but since FedEx delivered the package, they didn't provide any type of notification that the order was delivered so I could check the porch. It sat outside for 3 days while I waited for notification. The Amazon user experience is much better when it comes to the delivery process.

Although the items were as described and fit great, your customer follow-up eg: Items shipped, tracking number and keeping the consumer in the loop were extremely poor.

I'm grateful to have found this product at lightingsupply.com; it's not widely available and much more expensive in the few other places I was able to track it down! Delivery was surprisingly fast.
