Phone call to Customer Service very helpful when ordering on-line. One bulb damaged. Ordered a replacement free of shipping and received a credit for the broken one. Again, customer service very pleasant.

I liked the fact that I ordered the product and it came in the next few days.

The hinges on the stake were tricky and would not fasten the lamp fixture before I removed a piece in between on the lamp that would allow it to be secure
