Product was not quite as expected. The bulbs were longer than the original, and do not fit inside the housing. However, it seems no one stocks the correct bulb.

Website very efficient and buyer friendly. Tried out one of the new bulbs and it provides the desired illumination. What drew me to it on your website was its description; the last CFL bulb with similar output required I purchase a larger hasp. These new bulbs are smaller and fit a lamp with a standard-sized hasp.

The experience was fine until the website hung after submitting the order. I had to call your 877 number to resolve the problem.

The price of the product was $4.15 and shipping was $12.99. There was no choice of a lesser shipping cost.
I was in no hurry for the part. Unless I missed it at checkout.

I am always able to find what I am looking for. Very fast delivery time frame.
