Got what I ordered but price was too high.

Couldn't get program to work - ordered these items on Wednesday for Friday delivery. Program hung up until I got home this evening to reset the order. I'd like the program to work correctly every time. Chat lady was helpful but I didn't ask for help placing the order.

Very courteous and helpful staff members. I do wish the explanation of the $10 large item fee was more prominent in the ordering process. When I received my order and saw how meticulously it was packaged, I understood the fee.

Very quick and easy including online chatter ring was extremely easy and quick. Product arrived in a very short time. I haven't install Ed the new ballast yet as old one has started working ok again. Shipping cost was a little excessive.
