Only suggestion for web orders is to allow client to use their own shipping account to defray costs a bit.

Is all i need
Good selection of hard to find items. You should offer free shipping however for quantity purchases. Order arrived today, 6/8, a day ahead of the expected receipt date which was sent to me but it SURE TOOK FOREVER for you to ship! Your staff was very helpful in confirming my order which had an erroneous shipping address (the order was cancelled and redone with the correct address) so my only problem was the length of time it took to ship my order.
So many options in selecting replacement bulbs can be mind boggling at times. I really appreciate your patience with us novices.
