I ordered 06/27 and it just arrived today 07/10. Maybe it was because of the holidays but ground is normally is about 5 days. Good thing we were not in a hurry to them.

I received all the items however, one of the items was damaged. Looks like the box was damaged prior to delivery. Two of the items were defective in that they were lopsided and couldn't be installed correctly. I've started an RMA and will be returning 3 items. Customer support (chat) was helpful in helping me get that set up.
